Ich sage mal für eine Nacht nur zum Schlafen OK. Veraltete Möbel. Hygienisch nicht gut. Fahrstuhl defekt und haben in der 4 Etage ein Zimmer gehabt. Unmöglich. Balkon dachte man er fällt jeden Moment ab. Die Treppen marode und das Holz an der Wand viel schon ab. Das Hotel bedarf dringend eine Renovierung. Frühstück so la, la.

Es war zwar alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde, aber zum Teil in schlechtem Zustand und abgenutzt. Außerdem haben der G

Cons:

Ausstattung heruntergekommen.
Zum Beispiel war das kaputte Kabel des Föns im Bad mit Isolierband umwickelt, welches sich gelöst hatte, wodurch das Kabel blank war.
Außerdem hat es im Bad barbarisch nach Abfluss und Schimmel gestunken.
Der Vorhang am Fenster war voller Löcher und der Holzboden unter dem Teppich hat an manchen Stellen (z.B. Treppchen zum Bad) dermaßen nachgegeben, dass man meinen konnte, bald durchzubrechen.
Steckdose am Bett war defekt.
Im Spiegelschrank im Bad stand der Schimmel.

Overpriced & Bare-Bones: No Hot Water, No Bath Room Amenities, and Way Too Noisy

Only the location and the high ceilings of the room.

Cons:

Very basic. The one overnight stay was completely overpriced. I paid 305 USD for a room with no amenities such as enough towels, only cold water (hot water didn't work), no soap or hair wash, and noise from the uninsulated floors and walls.

Cons:

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gereinigt. Möbel zeigen deutliche Abnutzung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten Löcher. WC nicht gereinigt.

Cons:

At the first evening of our stay we couldn't unlock the front door when we enetered the hotel. It was broken. Nobody answered the phone to tell us how to enter the hotel. The staff didn't tell that there is additional key for the door.

Es stellte sich die Frage, warum es Hotel heißen darf, und nicht Pension heißen muss. Nicht nochmal!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Bus und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Bäckereien für ein kleines Frühstück vor der Tür. Deshalb habe ich außer Haus preisgünstig gefrühstückt. Bett war okay, habe gut geschlafen und Preis ist sicherlich auch okay.

Cons:

Gebäude uralt, dunkle Gänge, Hinterzimmer die mit Wand geteilt wurden. Fließend Wasser nur aus Pumpanlagen, die bei jedem Gebrauch unheimlichen Krach machen. Sehr hellhörig, Duschen, Laufen (knarrende Dielen) vom Nachbarzimmet waren intensiv zu hören.

Die Betten waren bequem

Cons:

Zimmer war eher nicht so toll. wir waren vor ca 15 Jahren mit 4 Personen in einem Familienzimmer, das war toll, deshalb haben wir dieses Hotel nochmal gebucht. Der Preis hat uns gelockt, wir wussten, dass wir eher nur zum Schlafen hier sind, aber auch da fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Das Bad ist das Letzte, Dusche dreckig, Gläser dreckig, den Fußboden wollte man nie barfuß betreten. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da, aber eine Putzfrau hat unser Zimmer nicht betreten, obwohl der Putzwagen vor der Tür stand. Schade. Das Zimmer wäre für 5, die Betten okay, die Schlafcouch, ekelig. Kein TV, keine Infos im Zimmer übers Hotel/Notruf etc. . Der Blick an die Decke und an die Wände grausig. Schade, so ein Etagenhotel hat Berliner Altbau Flair, was wir toll finden. Aber hier möchte man nur raus und wir wissen ja, dass es auch hier anders ging.
