Die Hausdame Maria war super freundlich und hat uns am Morgen versorgt. Sie hat ihr bestes Gegeben um unsere Stimmung aufzuhellen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider keines Wegs ihr Geld wert. Pro Nacht haben wir 100,00 € für ein Doppelzimmer gezahlt. Erstes Zimmer direkt an der Haupttür. Dort knallte steht die Eingangstür. Zudem kamen Stoffbezogene Wände dazu. Das ist überhaupt nicht allergiekerfreundlich und sehr düster im Design, dazu die dunklen Panele an der Wand. Die Deckenverkleidung verschlissen. Die Fliesen im Bad kaputt und das Waschbecken hat einen Sprung. In der Dusche Schimmelbildung und der Duschkopf verkalkt. Der Wasserdruck schwach. Die Fenster haben Zweifachverglasung und die Geräusche der Straße lassen kaum Schlaf zu. Die Wände sind gefühlt aus Papier und man kann die ganze Nacht verfolgen, was die Nachbarn treiben. Wir konnten nach der ersten Nacht nicht stornieren. Ein etwas besseres Zimmer wurde jedoch angeboten. Hier gaben es nur zwei Mängel. Lauwarmes Wasser beim Duschen und ein Waschbeckenausguss der nur sehr sehr langsam ablief. Im Hausflur Tropf das Regenwasser von der Decke. Es tut mir total leid, dass wir so eine Bewertung schreiben müssen, denn wir hätten uns für unseren Urlaub etwas anderes gewünscht. Dennoch ein Hoch auf Maria.

Das Hausmädchen Maria war super nett.

Cons:

Der Komfort waren einem Preis pro Nacht von 100,00 € in keiner Weise gerecht. Zimmer war stark renovierungsbedürftig ( siehe Bilder). Es gab keine Heizung ( gefroren). Es waren nur Lüftungsgitter ohne die Möglichkeit die Raumtemperatur hochzufahren. Der Aufenthalt hat nichts mit Urlaub zu tun gehabt.

Ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, authentisches altes Haus, Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell.

Cons:

Fernseher tat es nicht, sehr hellhörig.

Zum nur übernachten reicht es! Wer Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch

Die Lage war super!! Mitten drin👍

Cons:

Leider kein tv auf dem Zimmer!! Frühstück gibt es 8-10 wenn man aber erst 9:30 Uhr kommt und es ist nix mehr da, hat man Pech 🤷‍♀️

Für eine Übernachtung geeignet
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und ich konnte problemlos ein- und auschecken.
Das Zimmer ist mit dem ausgestattet, wofür ich bereit war, Geld auszugeben aber auch nicht mit mehr.

Cons:

Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Treppenhaus zeigen sehr starke Abnutzungsspuren.
Wirklich sauber war das Zimmer nicht. Man sollte von der Adresse (Ku'damm) nicht auf das Zimmer schließen.

La posizione è buona , vicina alla metro

Cons:

Albergo fatiscente, la doccia non aveva il gancio per appendere il doccino, l'asciugacapelli fissato al muro non ha un presa a cui attaccarlo. Il letto è scomodo, i cuscini non so come descriverli, le camere non sono insonorizzate e sentivo russare quello della stanza accanto. In generale è sporco, scomodo e brutto. Da evitare .
