Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am See. Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit sehr cutem Restaurant und Frühstück. Alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein ECO Zimmer. Das nächste Mal wird es ein Lakeside Zimmer.

Ein sehr schönes Designhotel in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine der Suiten mit einem aussergewöhnlichen Blick auf den See. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ungewöhnlich, aber sehr gut ausgestattet war die Honesty-Bar.

Quirky hotel right on the lake and close to beautiful Malcesine
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location right next to the lake and just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful town of Malcesine, which has an amazing castle plus a labyrinth of cobbled streets filled with shops, bars and good restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and trips out. The pool is lovely and looks out over the lake. The room was a reasonable size with a small balcony. Breakfasts were excellent, great choices and well stocked. Loved our trip and stay in the Prima Luna!

Cons:

The restaurant and bar shuts every Tuesday, which is strange. You can use the honesty bar in the hotel though. The balcony was a bit small, not easy for 2 of us to eat on. Didn’t stop us enjoying the stay though

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am See.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen direkt einen kleinen Rundgang durch das Hotel – ein wirklich angenehmer Empfang.

Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Liegen können kostenlos genutzt werden und auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenloses Trinkwasser zum Auffüllen. Außerdem steht dort ein Kühlschrank mit verschiedenen Getränken, Wein und Eis zur Verfügung, die man zu einem kleinen Preis kaufen kann.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Das Restaurant haben wir mittags und abends leider nicht ausprobiert. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was wir ebenfalls sehr praktisch fanden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Felsenseite. Das war uns bei der Buchung bewusst, da es verschiedene Zimmer- und Preiskategorien gibt. Unser Zimmer war allerdings leider sehr dunkel – sowohl durch die Lage als auch durch die eher schwache Beleuchtung. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist unserer Meinung nach eher Geschmackssache.

Die Betten waren dafür sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Etwas störend fanden wir außerdem die Toilettentür. Es handelt sich lediglich um eine Glasschwingtür, die oben und unten nicht abschließt. Dadurch gibt es leider so gut wie keine Privatsphäre auf der Toilette, was wir für ein Hotelzimmer etwas unglücklich gelöst finden.

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel aber gut gefallen, besonders wegen der tollen Lage am See, dem schönen Pool, dem leckeren Frühstück und dem freundlichen Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas dunkel. Badezimmer ohne abschließende Tür.

Italienische Gastfreundschaft auf hohem Niveau
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal besticht durch Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen um den See und in den Ort selbst. Der Blick auf den See vom Restaurant aus ist herrlich. Das Frühstücksbuffett lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Reservierung von Liegen am Pool (unser Highlight: 6 Personen reservieren 9 Liegen und sind 5 Stunden abwesend) von meist deutschen Gästen. Ist das Hotel ausgebucht, gibt es leider nicht ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Hier könnte das Hotel hinweisen und tagsüber für andere Gäste frei räumen.

Séjour idéal au bord du lac
