Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn das Auto in der naheliegenden Garage geparkt werden kann.
Nach dem 2ten Anlauf, bekamen wir auch das upgegradete, von uns gebuchte Zimmer. Daraufhin haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Super gemütliches Bett und ein großes Badezimmer.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentral, Mix aus alt und neu
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nicht weit vom Terminal der Fähre nach Schweden und auch vom Bahnhof gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Aus meinem Zimmer im 8. Stock, aber ganz besonders aus dem geräumigen Frühstücksraum im 10. Stock hatte ich eine schöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Der Frühstücksraum ist wirklich ein Highlight. Das Frühstück selbst ist nichts Besonderes, aber in Ordnung. Geräumiger Zimmersafe.

Cons:

Das Hotel erscheint aktuell als etwas merkwürdige Mischung aus "frisch renoviert" und "hat schon bessere Tage gesehen". Am Eingang begrüsst eine Information, dass die Hotelbar dauerhaft geschlossen sei. Es ist erkennbar, dass das Hotel früher ein Radisson war - in den Fluren ist das Logo mit schwarzem Klebeband verdeckt, aber je nach Lichteinfall drückt es noch durch und ist zu erkennen. Besonders skurril fand ich, dass auch auf den Seifenspendern im Badezimmer ein Radisson-Logo einfach mit schwarzem Klebeband, das sich sehr leicht ablöst, abgedeckt wurde. Man kann die Zimmer renovieren, aber für neue Seifenspender reicht es nicht...? Das ist natürlich nur eine irgendwie schräge Beobachtung, aber nichts, was die Qualität des Aufenthalts ernstlich beeinträchtigt. Unangenehmer an heissen Sommertagen ist, dass es im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt, der Turmventilator ist da eher ein Notbehelf. Das Badezimmer war so klein, dass beleibtere Leute ein Problem damit haben könnten.

Pros:

Die Lage ist Top. Die Zimmer neu und modern. Das Personal kümmert sich sofort

Cons:

Es gab einen defekten Abfluss. Aber ich habe sofort, trotz später Uhrzeit, ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Leider hatte der Fernseher dort keinen Empfang. Aber für eine Übernachtung war das kein wirkliches Problem

Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage. Mein Zimmer war gross und frisch renoviert. Gutes Bett und grosses Badezimmer. Während der Renovierungsarbeiten kam es schon mal zu der ein oder anderen Störung. Schöner Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Leider merkt man sass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dafür ist das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gut.

Hotel is oke, maar wij zouden niet weer boeken
Pros:

Goede ligging en een fijne prijs. Ontbijt was ook erg lekker.

Cons:

Wij hadden helaas een kamer-downgrade, als compensate kregen we gratis ontbijt. Kamer was prima, maar niet erg schoon. Bed zo tegen het raam is onhandig en badkamer was erg klein.
