The photos in the online advert made this property look modern and new ish.

Its a dated property that has has a tidy up. Was still OK to stayvthere for the price but definately not a great deal at all.

Main issue was the bedroom light on ceiling had a night light that we could not turn off so we had a bad sleep !

Other small thing was the TV is a tiny one postioned in a bad spot so if you like wathcing TV move on to the next property.

Great place - we got the 2 bedroom suite. The balcony view was amazing, the kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer was very useful to us as we were travelling with kids. The beds were comfortable and the parking below was very easy to use. The suites are almost on the beach, a 1 min walk away from the playground and a takeaway, 3 mins walk to the woolworths and a 3 minute drive away from the other cafes, restaurants and the ferry.

The only thing that would have pushed this to a full 5* review would be the property condition. While it was otherwise completely fine and generally clean, the windows and shower grout could have used some more attention. Otherwise a great stay for a milestone celebration vacation (with kids).

We rented a 2 bed apartment and it was fabulous. Very spacious with great kitchen and washer and dryer. Nice toiletries.
Very clean.
Easy walking distance to the restaurants and supermarket and a stones throw from the beach.

Very clean, great views of the beach and a lovely cafe next door. Very close to Waitangi treaty house and Russell passenger ferry.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sea spray suites.

I found the unit clean on the bottom level, however outside was a little overgrown and forgotten about, just a quick tidy of garden and wipe down of the table would encourage one to enjoy a read or relax for each unit. The garage workshop was a touch noisy at times opposite our rooms 104 & 105 when my sick uncle wanted to rest, but we went out the following day to counteract that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location facing the beach, easily walkable to Paihia town and wharf, also Whitangi Treaty Grounds. On the downside, some noise from the petrol station adjacent to the property. The room was well-equipped, and daily room servicing was excellent. However, the room fixtures and fittings e.g. wooden tables, chairs, kitchen units, bathroom sink, shower unit are showing their age, scuffed and looking well-worn. As it stands, it offers fair value for money, but it would benefit from a makeover.

Perfect efficiency apartment with everything you need. You can walk everywhere. The beach is right across the main road.

We had a very good 4 night stay. We had a self contained room facing the beach which was great.
It is located about 600m from the main area of town but handy to a Woolworths.
Plenty of free on-site parking is available and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms and facilities are a bit dated now but overall very comfortable.

Just outside the main strip of Paihia which was perfect for a quieter stay - but still right across the road from a beautiful beach. Very accommodating and helpful staff at reception. Small supérette two doors down. Might suggest walking to town during busy times or if a cruise ship is in.

Friendly staff made it easy to check in after hours. Our room was spotless and conveniently located to the beach, town and the Woolworths store for essentials.
Highly recommend!
