The view came with a spacious apartment.
Pros:

The view from the front balcony was as spectacular as the photos. This is why we chose this unit, and we were not disappointed. The apartment had a full size dining table and lounge suite and still enough room. Well appointed kitchen and also a washer/dryer.

Cons:

The fact that we only stayed 2 nights instead of more.

Pros:

Most comfortable and cosy apartments. They are so spacious,well kept and clean, and look very very nice. They aren’t tiny so it feels like an actual suite and not suffocating. The balcony is amazing even the ones with no sea view- amazing! Privacy was great as well! Bed was insanely comfy! So close to everything.
Overall amazing and definitely will be returning😁

Cons:

The tv, would be nice to at least have a few more channel options if cannot do smart tv. Or add a few dvd 💿s! 😁

Pros:

The location is not far from the restaurants and the wharf. We enjoyed the 12 minute walk in. The view from our first floor waterfront apartment was breathtaking.
The apartment is well equipped and quiet once the doors are shut.
The bed is comfy. The apartment is tired but comfortable.
We will definitely stay again.

Pros:

Had everything you need for a stay. Small and compact but well stocked.
Great location and well priced.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Sea Spray suites, the location was convenient, with a 2-minute walk to the beach and we close to local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will stay there again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable accommodation which we found was very reasonably priced.

Great place to stay in Paihia!
Pros:

Great location and the sea view rooms had the most incredible view. Small shop next door, beach across the road and kids park very close. Easy walk to town and back for meals etc. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and unit had everything we needed! Thank you! 🙏🏻

All good but wouldn’t stay in the Summer as parking would be a nightmare with many people

The parking is too tight and there are planter boxes that make it difficult to get fully into a park without risking hitting one and damaging your car

Brilliant stay for families
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It was well supplied and set out. A really great accommodation choice for families as it has a well sized lounge, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Even a little outdoor table was great and the location was perfect.

Cons:

Only thing we noticed was that sky TV was advertised but not actually available in the rooms.
