Categories

Cleanliness
9
Rooms are repeatedly described as clean and spacious across reviews; housekeeping receives consistently positive mentions.
Service
7.5
Staff are frequently praised as helpful and informative, but service/management failures (not honoring Accor status, CCTV incident, lengthy issue resolution) reduce the score.
Location
9.5
Multiple reviews highlight a very central/convenient location as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms are spacious and comfortable for families, but some guests note tacky decor and awkward lighting/switch placement.
Amenities
8.4
Executive lounge and spa are praised and lounge access is a plus; gym/equipment is noted as outdated and needs upgrading.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions: some guests feel the hotel is expensive and cite deposit/refund issues, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast and lounge snacks are generally liked, but several reports of poor restaurant meals (cold/raw burgers, off-tasting fromage blanc) create inconsistency.
Overall Experience
9
Majority of stays described as pleasant with notable improvements and helpful staff; however, serious isolated incidents (membership handling/CCTV, deposit disputes, food issues) are important caveats.

Average stay at big chain
Pros:

Great room for a family, big king bed plus extra single sofa bed. Premier lounge access is nice, with snacks all day long.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant food was terrible, first night we ate here at the hotel as our kids were jet-lagged and we just wanted something quick. Second day we went back to cool off in the pool middag, ordered some burgers that were cold and raw in the middle, sent them back to the kitchen took the staff three go's to get us some new ones well done.
