Pros:

Great service, much better than local hotels. I also appreciate that mr. Nguyen organised the trips for me to Cu Chi tunnels and book me a horseriding. During my stay in Ho Chi Minh City I have stayed in 3 hotels and I recommend Novotel the most

Very friendly and helpful staff, a good variety of food at breakfast, and a very good location.

Cons:

The pool area was disappointing. It is located on the 4th floor between other buildings, which meant there was no sunlight. Additionally, the water was cold and not clean.
