Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

The fact that I had to pay extra for ac was disappointing.
Frühstücksraum und Bar Bereich sehr ansprechend. Zimmer geräumig. Frühstück war gut. Tolle Lage.
Matratze des Bettes sehr durchgelegen. Badewanne ist sehr alt und abgenutzt und gehört ausgetauscht.

Added costs for everything after paying so much.. it's cheaper and better value for money at holiday in, rooms are basic for the price. Nobody told us it cost extra for parking, putting family rooms up 2 flights of stairs when they have small children is pathetic. Very basic breakfast. All staff were very short. No information about the venue unless you asked. Overall I wouldn't return to this hotel
