Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.
Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

Good location
Had a live band and Disco on Friday night
But had booked as had a early start

Location is great.
Swimming pool is good.
Staff were friendly.
Could have done with a fridge in the room as had children with us.
Another mirror in a family room would have been helpful rather than just 1 small one in the bathroom!
Had to pay 2 lots of car parking which made our stay quite a bit more expensive. Have stayed in lots of hotels where parking is free!

No air conditioning
The breakfast was great. Unfortunately the room didn't have air conditioning and it was very hot when we stayed, but the rest of our stay was great. The spa area is very good, with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room and relaxation room.
We would have preferred to have an air-conditioned room, but we didn't know it was going to be so hot, so didn't book that type of room. Will know for next time.
We liked the location and the staff were friendly and polite.
We had a rather unpleasant stay. There was blood in the bath. There wasn't any spare sockets to charge phone or put the provided fan on. We stayed in the family room 102, the kids are in a sperate room which is fine however they are in the room next to the main door that has no chain on it and could easily open and leave if they wanted too!The roof started leaking rain water over my daughter at 3am while she slept and that caused us all to be up in the middle of the night to drag her bed out into the middle of the room and move other furniture around. We had to put the bin under the leak to collect the water. Not the best night sleep!!! The breakfast was extremely expensive for what it was, very soggy and mushy food. Just overall awful and a waste of money.
Really liked the hotel, staff were helpful. Breakfast was good
The only disappointment was we originally booked this hotel due to the spa facilities & treatments that were available. However its only when we got nearer to the date of our booking & we were looking to book treatments we found out there were no treatments available. So that was a real shame but the hotel itself was really nice.

The location was near to beach and shops, the room was clean, the food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were all polite and helpful.
The bedroom was too hot so it was impossible to sleep, there was 1 window which opened about 2 inches, there were 2 fans in the room so I think they know it’s too hot, there was instructions on how to use the air con but there was no air con, no hair dryer or fridge in the room and too many hidden charges which makes it so much more expensive, parking is £15 a day, to use the spa which is basically a small swimming pool and jacuzzi it’s £20 for the stay, and then £5 for a robe, but no slippers. Our room was right next to the entrance door so it was very noisy as other guests didn’t even try and be quiet.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean Rooms was really big lots of room. Good size bathroom. And it was spotless.
Food was 5* We will definitely be back.
