Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

The fact that we had to go home
Basen, spa, personel, położenie.,Wszystko na wysokim poziomie.
Nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Ale pierwszy zarezerwowany przez booking. I nie wiem czy dlatego pokój nie był przyjemny. Bardzo mały. Okna wychodziły na dach na którym była klimatyzacja. I na stronę gdzie od południa do zachodu słońce świeciło cały czas. A na zewnątrz było cały pobyt ponad 30 stopni. W łazience nie było wywietrznika. Cała para z łazienki szła na pokój. Po kąpieli w pokoju było jak w saunie!!! Okien nie można było otworzyć szerzej niż na kilka centymetrów bo były ograniczniki. Zero przewiewu. Mały wiatrak nie pomagał. Mam specyficzne tabletki które muszę brać codziennie. Normalnie są twarde a tam zrobiły się miękkie!!! Przed spaniem moczyliśmy ręczniki i nimi się przykrywaliśmy bo nie było innej możliwości żeby złapać chociaż trochę snu. Nie polecam pokojów bez klimatyzacji w tym hotelu w lecie i przy temperaturach wyższych niż 25 stopni. A pokoje mimo że niby budżetowe wcale nie są tanie. Pobyt uratował basen, spa ( są prysznice w przebieralniach i tam się kąpaliśmy po plaży żeby dodatkowo nie nagrzewać pokoju) i obsługa hotelu. Są mili, profesjonalni i uczynni.
Nice outside area to sit at and enjoy some food or drink, had some food in the day time which was nice, the heated pool is like a sauna on a hot day and could do with some air coming in so you don’t feel suffocated, also could do with more aircon rooms, we went on a really hot day and a simple fan doesn’t cut it as it was unbearable to sleep in the room even with a second fan that we requested

Wszuysko było naprawdę w porządku ,basen fajny chodź w środku strasznie gorąco ,taras też fajny
Pokój był bardzo przestronny ,czysty i z klimatyzacją ,łazienka też super duża i wygoda ,prawdopodobnie po remoncie bo wyglądała jak nowa

The staff was really friendly.
I booked the hotel because i have seen the pictures with the swimming pool,because it was 36°c outside we thought we gonna have a great couple of days enjoying the swimming pool.
When we got there we went straight to the pool just to see ,because it was covered in glass ,it was so hot we couldn't breathe. Unfortunately on the hottest day of the year we couldn't use the swimming pool.
The room was also super hot and we only had e fan,and no fridge, the windows only open a little bit so there was little fresh air coming in,we didn't got to much sleep.
We did not enjoy our stay,i'm sure in the winter is better.
Staff were all very polite, friendly, helpful and wore a smile at all times even when working in the extreme heat and very busy this was the case for all levels of staff that i encountered. Very good breakfast and excellent evening meal. Hotel was very clean. Although had to pay was good to have on sight parking. Lovely to have swimming pool.
Unfortunately have stayed during the heat wave this week in June my room was on the 3rd floor and was extremely hot. No air con, hotel did supply me with a fan but this just moved the hot air around. This meant I only had a couple of hours intermittent sleep my first 2 nights. The heat was so unbearable on the 3rd evening I came home a day early as very tired and had a headache through not sleeping. I did loose money as had payed for breakfast the following morning and for the car park overnight but for my health i needed to come home. Plus on the second day I could not get cold water in my shower staff tried to sort and it was slightly better but then went very hot again. ? due to demand on system? x
We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed it.
The hotel was very clean ,rooms are spacious and staff very nice.The only downside was that there was bit air conditioning in the room but two fans were good as well.

Outdoor courtyard for dinner/drinks.
Welcoming and helpful staff - especially Amari at Reception check-in.

Nice hotel, garden with tables where you can relax
No air conditioning in the rooms. In the room where is swimming pool was 60 degrees couldn't breathe no even one window or door can be open to let fresh air come in. In hot day we couldn't use pool and has to leave after 15 min in as was super hot there and felt dizzy.
