Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.
Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.
Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.
Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

The breakfast wasn't great. Dried out scrambled eggs; tinned fruit, luke warm coffee
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the evening meals were good, it was quick maybe they should leave a bit of a gap before you had the next item served to you.
That there was no hand rail to get in and out of the shower end.
Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day and location is ideal for beach, shopping, attractions and near to other local Dorset locations.

Facilities were ok, staff are pleasant, location good
Freezing cold through out, ro the pount we left the usable hair dryer on the desk to warm the room slightly. food although cooked ok came out barely warm, very bland, would recommend a walk to town for food. Changing rooms are teeny with no space in the spa. I had two special requests on booking, both were confirmed yet neither happened.
The property was clean and we enjoyed
I think if you are going to charge more to access spa facilities it should be more obvious as I hadn’t budgeted for that
