Important information:

Please note that the standard rooms cannot accommodate any extra bed.

Extra bed supplements must be paid for at the hotel directly.

Please note that there is an additional fee of GBP 15 to use the spa facilities for one night stay, and £20 per stay for 2 or more nights. Guests who use the spa must be over the age of 18.

Please note, spa area is only accessible via a flight of 15 stairs with no wheel chair access, there is one treatment room which is accessible and leisure pool is fully accessible.

Please be aware a parking charge of GBP 10.00 per night will be applicable. The charge covers 24-hour from the moment of arrival in the car park. Exceeding this allocated time may result in a parking fine.

Dinner inclusive rates include 3 course meal, some dishes have additional supplements.

The restaurant will only be open for breakfast on 24th - 26th December 2025. The kitchen will be closed for dinner on 24th - 26th and 31st December 2025.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Location and facilities. The refurbished rooms and communal areas were all spot on and the breakfast was good and well organised.

Cons:

Although they were to the 'same standard' the unfurnished rooms looked tired in terms of decor. The first room had a smell to it. The temperature at night was pretty unbearable (July 26) and despite best efforts by the hotel to provide some mobile air conditioning/ice packs this did little to cool things down. Rooms would definitely benefit from proper fixed air conditioning.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
Pros:

Our room had been freshly renovated and was equipped with air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the hot weather. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room also featured a big TV. It was spacious, spotless, and surprisingly quiet, making it a great place to relax.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the spa and the hotel's other amenities. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to both the beach and the central areas, making it convenient to get around.

I noticed that some reviews mention the lack of air conditioning, but it's worth pointing out that the room descriptions clearly state whether air conditioning is included. If having air conditioning is important to you, simply choose one of the room types that offers it.

Cons:

It was a little confusing that we didn't receive any replies to our emails before our stay, but it turned out there was an issue with the hotel's email system. Once we arrived, however, the staff were friendly and helpful, so it wasn't a problem in the end.

The only other minor downside was that the sauna could use a bit of updating, as it felt somewhat worn.

Nice bar/lounge area

Cons:

Extreme heat in bedroom, was expecting it to be warm but there is not adequate fresh air ventilation. Window opened 2 inches.
We tried to tolerate but it got so uncomfortable that we spoke to reception as we were going to leave if nothing could be done, they to be fair moved us to a room lower down which was so much cooler.

Hot room, good central location
Pros:

The hotel was in a good central location to shops and the sea.

Good selection of food was provided for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room was not ready due to staffing issues. I had to wait an hour. I found the deputy manager's manner rude and abrupt although all other staff were lovely.

The room was very hot as there was no air-conditioning. Although 2 fans were provided, this didn't cool the room and I struggled to sleep.

Pros:

Really enjoyed the spa facilities, breakfast buffet, air conditioning, and we thought they provided good sized bedroom and bathroom. Had some really helpful staff during our stay.

Cons:

Some staff were not as helpful as others, rooms could be a little cleaner

The room was so small my husband hit his hip everytime getting past bed the bathroom was so small you had to squeeze against sink close door to get to toilet. No aircon which stated there was when i asked about it i was told i had to upgrade i was not happy ,agreed to upgrade only too be told no upgrades .all we had was a fan in a room so hot we couldnt sleep . We actually left the hotel at 3.30am because we couldnt sleep,comp.etely ruined our 2days away. Reception said we couldhave a bucket of ice .

Staff very pleasant. Food ok

Cons:

My room was sub standard compared to my friends. Mirror in the bathroom far too high. Towel rail falling off wall. Bath rusty. No air con just a rattled fan. As per the website I was expecting to have a facial, pedicure but has all been stopped 2 years. They need to update web. It also looked like it was on the beach but it's a good 15minutes away.

Great location .
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location for the beach and also the town. Breakfast was included in my booking and there was a good choice of both continental and an english breakfast. Staff were friendly, professional and courteous.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else
Pros:

Location is good. Pool and bar area are nice. Bar staff are really lovely

Cons:

Hotel is poorly maintained and cleaned. Really needs some attention. Lift doesn’t go to all of the floors. Incredibly hot in the rooms and hallways.
