Great value for money, clean, friendly staffs
Pros:

The location is so good!! Also the staff there were so friendly, and breakfast was amazing! There’s also a restaurant beside the hotel for dinner which was great as we arrived late at night

Esperienza molto deludente: scarsa igiene e mancanza di cortesia

L'unica nota positiva, la vicinanza al Santuario di San Pio da Pietrelcina

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, né conforme alle recensioni lette. Viaggiando con una bimba di 16 mesi, la nostra priorità era l'accoglienza, che è purtroppo mancata sin dall'inizio.
​Servizio e accoglienza: Al nostro arrivo, sotto la pioggia e al freddo, abbiamo chiesto di scaldare la pappa della bimba nel microonde (visibile nella zona reception/colazioni). Inizialmente ci è stato negato, suggerendoci di rivolgerci a una trattoria esterna. Solo dopo che mi ero già recata fuori sotto l'acqua, il personale è tornato sui suoi passi comunicando a mio marito che potevamo usarlo. Un’indecisione imbarazzante e poca sensibilità verso le esigenze di un neonato. Nota di merito solo per il ragazzo della trattoria accanto, gentilissimo al contrario dello staff dell'hotel.
​Camera e pulizia:
L'aspetto più critico è stata l'igiene: il bagno era disseminato di peli e capelli, tanto da non aver avuto il coraggio di usare la doccia. La tavoletta del WC non era fissata correttamente e si spostava sedendosi. Inoltre, la culla fornita era rotta e inutilizzabile (i lati non si agganciavano, foto). Mancava anche il set completo di asciugamani per una camera tripla.
​Colazione:
Piccola nota di demerito anche sulla colazione: non serve dichiarare che i cornetti siano "freschi di pasticceria" se sono chiaramente prodotti surgelati. Non c'è nulla di male nel servire prodotti da forno congelati, ma la mancanza di trasparenza è sempre spiacevole.
​Conclusione:
Siamo rimasti molto amareggiati. In un luogo che dovrebbe richiamare accoglienza e spiritualità, abbiamo trovato disorganizzazione e scarsa pulizia. Un trattamento simile verso una famiglia con bambini piccoli è inaccettabile. Struttura non all'altezza delle stelle dichiarate.
