Pros:

La piscine surtout le dimanche soir il n' y avait plus personne on avait la piscine pour nous 👍

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 etoiles le pommeau de douche était cassé mais je l' ai signalé et il a été tout de suite réparé 👍je n' ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner Netflix 😒

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à plus de standing.
Pros:

L’accueil était parfait et le personnel très aimable

Cons:

Le standing du 4 étoiles n’est pas du tout à la hauteur. Pas d’accès pour les PMR sur les déposes minute. Pas d’accès pour les PMR pour accéder à la piscine. La salle du petit déjeuner n’est pas non plus adaptée aux PMR car les fauteuils sont trop hauts.
Nous avons remarqué que notre table du petit déjeuner n’avait pas été débarrassée alors que nous étions à la piscine vers 15h-16h.

Pros:

Very spacious room and stylish, we loved the corner-
lamp decor. We were all-round very satisfied 😁
The location was perfect near the old town and only 8min walk from the bus station 👍
Across the street on the corner there is a bakery/coffee shop and next-door a pharmacy.
We can also recommend the restaurant Amèdèe nearby. Every thing we needed was in 2-5 min walking distance.

Hôtel super si chambre à l'arrière !!!!
Pros:

Nous venons chaque année, et je mets toujours 10/10. Lits confortables. Piscine chauffée top. Petit déjeuner extra. Mais cette année, nous avons pris une chambre plus grande. Dès que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, on a vu qu'elle donnait sur la ville et le carrefour. Le personnel était Ok pour qu'on change mais on nous a dit qu'on était à Chambéry et que c'était calme. On l'a donc gardée. Mais pas du tout !!! Rooftop du bar voisin hyper bruyant jusque 1h, Sirènes d'ambulance toute la nuit...Très mauvaise nuit mais surtout mauvais conseil de l'employé.

Cons:

Le bruit !!!!

Bonne escale centrale à Chambéry
Pros:

L'emplacement très central, la gentillesse de l'accueil et de tout le personnel rencontré, le buffet du petit-déjeuner (copieux et qualitatif), la piscine intérieure

Cons:

La proximité d'une terrasse de bar sous les fenêtres avec une clientèle bruyante, rendant impossible tout repos et sommeil avant minuit passé : les chambres situées sur cette façade de l'hôtel sont à éviter !
