Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Bei uns hat die Klimaanlage für eine kurze Zeit nicht funktioniert. Die haben sich schnell da drum gekümmert. Waren sehr lieb und sind uns entgegengekommen, so dass alles reibungslos verlaufen ist. Ich komme seit circa zwei Jahren in dem Hotel wieder und würde immer wieder herkommen.
Trotz, dass die Lage sehr zentral ist, ist es nachts sehr ruhig und man hört keine laute Geräusche. Als Mama von einem Kleinkind ist das super da der kleine abends gut schlafen kann. und noch ein plus Punkt man ist in zwei Gehminuten mitten im Geschehen immer wieder gerne.

Posizione eccezionale per visitare il centro di Palermo... Da qui siamo partiti per visitare via Maqueda, 4 Canti, fontana Pretoria, cattedrale e palazzo dei normanni...

Cons:

La camera quadrupla andrebbe rivista per prese elettriche e affacci che sono tutti interni

Sicuramente la struttura è molto centrale. È un albergo antico, con camere ristrutturate e camere non. Quindi si può finire in quelle non ristrutturate.. non è super pulito, lo staff non troppo disponibile.

Overall it was a nice experience,I really liked my stay there. The rooms are sparkling clean and soundproof,the stuff is available 24/7 and reception is just okay. I liked the balcony as well.The location is just perfect, right there in the city centre, close to many bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The facilities could have been better and modernised,the pillows are quite flat and they could maybe offer at least 1 alternative to the guests for the price that is not really affordable for everyone. The breakfast was also quite good and healthy although it could include more fruits and could be more various.Just a bit of changes would make it perfect choice for everyone.

Das Personal als wir ankamen und eingecheckt haben, war sehr unfreundlich. Evtl weil er viel zu tun hatte aber dann kann er das nicht an uns raus lassen. Ein paar Tage später haben wir ihn wieder gesehen und er war freundlich. Aber der erste Eindruck zählt

Not happy.
Pros:

Breakfast is good. House cleaners were nice. Very attentive when we requested for extra pillows & soap.

Cons:

Lobby is hot when we arrived in the morning at 10 am. Luggage area smells like sawer & not secured. Anybody can come in & go. After so many hours waiting, Front desk agent didn’t even bother to check if our two rooms were ready or not. I had to asked 3 times because it was 2pm already time for check in. FD guy wasn’t very accommodating.
