La pulizia molto Deludente, polvere sia nei corridoi che nelle camere, deve assolutamente migliorare sulla pulizia.

Posizione ideale per girare il centro, a due passi per tutte le attrazioni principali. Struttura grande, stanza pulita. Colazione buona con tante possibilità di scelte.

Cons:

Pensavamo di fosse il parcheggio vicino invece abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare lontano.

NO CONTRATEN HABITACIÓN STANDARD: SIN CALEFACCIÓN
Pros:

El recepcionista Pietro fue excelente, pues nos solucionó un grave problema con las habitación standard (suprimen la calefacción a partir de las 2am). Después de pasar la primera noche sin calefacción y sin mantas, nos cambió a una habitación superior (sin coste) en la que, afortunadamente, no cortaban la calefacción. CONSEJO: No contraten habitaciones standard: no hay calefacción ni mantas.

Cons:

El recepcionista Pietro se mostró muy comprensivo con nuestro reclamo. Pasamos una noche verdaderamente fría. No hay calefacción cuando más se necesita, que es cuando los huéspedes duermen. Sugerimos al hotel que no bloquee la calefacción en ningún momento. O que avisen cuando se reservan determinadas habitaciones.

Cons:

La stanza abbastanza angusta, ma la cosa più fastidiosa è il costo del garage per una notte di appena 25€ senza alcuna comunicazione preliminare. Cifra assurda per Palermo in piena stagione invernale.
