Pleasant stay in Biella
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and has a big underground parking space for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check out times are until 12 noon.

Cons:

No communication from the hotel before arrival, furnishings and carpets are a bit dated and could use renovation

La gentilesse et disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Bouteille d'eau en chambre payante. Payement de 20 euros/jour pour petit chien,mais aucune facilité (ecuelle eau,etcetera. )Pas de boîte scottex disponible(tissues). Pour un 4 étoiles On s'attend a des pantoufles de chambre!

COMODO PER IL CENTRO E IL GARAGE COPERTO IN LOCO
Pros:

Soggiornato una sola notte, camera grande con armadio, cassaforte, frigo, poltrona e grande scrivania. Parcheggio al coperto in loco con ascensore interno per raggiungere la reception. Colazione a buffet buona, cameriere sorridenti e disponibili. Pulizia buona. Centro raggiungibile facilmente a piedi.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione: al mattino si è svegliati dal rumore degli addetti allo svuotamento dei cassonetti e durante la tarda serata è ben udibile e fastidioso lo spostamento di tavole e sedie proveniente dal Roof Top.
La TV appoggiata sulla scrivania non si vede dal letto se non assumendo una posizione oltremodo scomoda.
Il bagno con la vasca...scomoda e si rischia comunque di allagare la stanza.

Pros:

Staff molto gentile ed accogliente. Camera moderna e pulitissima. Colazione ottima. Posizione e servizi perfetti.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante la notte ci sono stati forti rumori che mi hanno svegliata più volte. Non so se la mia stanza era vicino a qualcosa che causava questo rumore che sembrava un macchinario.

Hotel molto comodo e confortevole, il personale gentilissimo, ci siamo sbagliati per il parcheggio e il direttore in persona ci ha accompagnati nel parcheggio sotterraneo dell'hotel, eravamo in anticipo per il check-in ma ci hanno dato ugualmente la camera, grande, pulita e silenziosa, il bagno top, letti comodi, prima colazione eccellente in tutto,

Insgesamt in Ordnung, die Rezeptionistin bei der Ankunft hat allerdings den Gesamteindruck negativ überschattet.

Cons:

Wir kamen mit dem Fahrrad an und wollten wissen, wo man diese für die Nacht abstellen könne. Die vollkommen uninteressierte Rezeptionistin schlug vor, sie mit aufs Zimmer im 2. Stock zu nehmen. Wir fragten, ob es nicht eine Garage gäbe. Ja, die gibt es . Wir mussten ihr alles aus der Nase ziehen. Wie wir dort hinkommen, fragten wir. Mit dem Aufzug, antwortete sie. Der Aufzug war allerdings deutlich zu klein, so dass wir wieder bei ihr nachfragen mussten, wie wir zur Garage kommen können. Letztlich hat sie uns dies professionell freundlich aber unwillig erklärt. Wir übernachten pro Jahr mindestens 30 Nächte in Hotels, und nicht jeder Empfang ist gleich freundlich. Allerdings ist uns so ein inkompetentes Desinteresse am Gast noch nie passiert.

Séjour au top comme d’habitude
Pros:

3eme Passage dans cet établissement et toujours très satisfait. Garage pour les véhicules, chambre spacieuse et très confortable, petit déjeuner copieux. Un grand merci pour tout le personnel, qui vous accueille avec le sourire et qui est attentif à vos besoins
