Ottima la disponibilità e la sollecitudine dello staff. La collocazione dell'albergo è sufficiente per un uso business. La camera era spaziosa, accogliente, il bagno ottimo, eccellente la doccia.

Cons:

Non è accettabile che un albergo a 4 stelle ad uso business preveda un apertura della Sala Colazione alle 7!! Mi sarei aspettato quanto meno un apertura alle 6.30 se non prima.
4 stelle per un albergo in mezzo a un centro commerciale mi sembrano sproporzionate, anche per i servizi offerti e il bagno senza finestre.

Businesshotel mit motivierten Mitarbeitenden
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeitenden war äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Vor allem an der Reception und beim Frühstücksservice. Das Parking ist ideal. Die Innenstadt ist leicht fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser wäre eine nette Geste. Das WiFi ist öfters ausgefallen.
