Beautiful hotel with excellent service
Pros:

We had a very nice time at the Ponte Vecchio Suites. The hotel desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants and places to see. When we got there our room was too warm and the staff showed us the windows could be open with a push-button, and they also turned on the hotel's central air conditioning just for us! The breakfast buffet, included with our room, was excellent, with great coffee. Our room was comfortable with plenty of clothing space. There was some street noise if the windows were open but I got used to it. Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel is very centrally located, a block or so from the south side of the Ponte Vecchio.

Super!!!!!!
Pros:

Tout,la chambre enfin la suite,la salle de bain immense,l’emplacement,le petit déjeuner et le personnel,attentionné et à l'écoute
On est au cœur de Florence ,on peut tout faire à pied,si on a des questions le personnel nous donne des conseils, resto,bars....
Nous sommes venu en voiture et avons réservé le garage à deux pas de l'hôtel super pratique mais j'avoue un peu cher et avoir un bon GPS
Je pense que si nous revenons à Florence, nous réserverons de nouveau ici
Merci de toutes les petites attentions qui nous ont fait vraiment plaisir

Hôtel très bien situé proche du ponte- vecchio.
La suite est très belle et très confortable conforme à la description de la réservation.
Le personnel est très accueillant et à notre écoute.
Un parking à proximité indispensable à Florence.

Near to the Ponte Vecchio and the old city, good restaurants around, breakfast included, public garage opposite, welcome drink offered. Spacious room (Junior suite) and nice staff.

Cons:

Climatization not working (due to ecological and financial criterias in winter season). Noisy neighbourhood when windows are open.
