My husband did the breakfast every morning. He thought it was okay.
The room I stayed in this time was not appealing to the eyes. The last couple times I stayed there for business purposes, the rooms was a lot better.

The room was not clean.There was a guy at 1:00 in the morning lordering in the parking lot asking for money. My wife arrived before me and really felt scared and uncomfortable. Because of these conditions we decided to stay at another hotel. The furniture in the room was badly worn and damaged. I wouldn’t recommend going there again. The hostess did say I would have to contact booking.com for a refund. My wife and I called to get the issue resolved and was asked if we would like another room. Our reply was definitely not. The bed was made is the only thing that looked clean. Around the corner of the bed and night stand was dirt and bugs on the floor. My wife arrived before me and sat her bags on the table and returned to the car until I arrived. The guy standing outside in the parking lot was still there when I arrived and asked me for money and I told him he needed to go home or away from me. I did tell the hostess once I saw the condition of the room and informed her we were leaving. We didn’t take pictures was a mistake on our part for documentation and didn’t know that was what we needed at the time of the incident. We were not told by the booking.com agent that we needed pictures at the time but was told by another agent he needed pictures of the inside or condition of the room a few days later when I was able to contact booking.com. He suggested that I drive back to the hotel and that picture two days later for a refund. I replied to him, that it didn’t make any sense to drive back to that hotel and take pictures. It would cost more than what I paid for that room to return to that hotel room and ask to take photos. If this what I have to go through for a refund booking.com can keep my refund and I’ll never do business with them again before hanging up on him.
