השירות שקיבלנו מטוני היה נהדר. לא היינו זקוקים להרבה אך הנכונות שלה והדאגה שלה היו הרבה מעל המצופה.
טוני היא נכס של שירות איכותי ללא פשרה. תודה עליך!

אין מספיק חניה לבאי המלון. עמדות טעינה לרכב חשמלי היו תפוסות ע"י אותם 2 רכבים לאורך 3 ימים מה שבעיני ממש חיבל בחוויה שלי והציפייה שלי מהמקום.

אנחנוחגיתה ואייל חגגנו יום נישואין ויום הולדת במלון לאונרדו רויאל וזו לנו הפעם הראשונה ובטח לא האחרונה.. אבל חייבת להודות בכל ליבי למתאמת קשרי אורחים שלכם . טוני ליס ומנהל הערב רפאל אוסקר . שדאגו לתת לנו את המקסימום האפשרי. פינקו בקבלת פנים לבעלי ליום הולדתו. ומתנה צנועה בסוף האירוח. לא המתנה היא החשובה אלא זה שיש אנשים שדואגים לך כשאתה מגיע לחופשה. נותנים אהבה ללא תנאי. אז מגיע להם הכל קדמו אותם הם ראויים. ♥️♥️

היה לנו שני אנשי קשר מדהימים מטעם המלון, טוני ורפאל שדאגו לנו להכל, היו נחמדים בטירוף. בדקו שהכל טוב איתנו כל הזמן, קיבלנו שמפניה בצק אין ומתנה בצק אאוט. קיבלנו עוגה לכבוד שבת. בקיצור בית מלון שהפך את החוויה שלנו באילת לחוויה מדהימה, נחזור בוודאות!
