La casetta di plastica per il gioco dei bimbi ritengo opportuno spostarla in piscina in modo e maniera che i genitori possano controllare i figli. Pericolosa perchè si buttano dal tettto.

Albergo splendido, tutto pulito curato stanze molto belle e personale gentilissimo, piscine belle e pulite, giardino curato e piante anche, insomma Un paradiso, e alla sera silenzioso quindi ottimale. Purtroppo nonostante la varietà di pietanze, a colazione non c'erano torte fatte in casa ma due dolci di supermercato, un errore non da poco vista l'abbondanza di tutto il resto e soprattutto visti i tanti turisti tedeschi, mi aspettavo come in altri alberghi di questo calibro delle torte fatte in casa o del fornaio. E il cappuccino si deve ordinare alle cameriere che lo portano molto dopo, eppure eravamo tra i primi arrivati in apertura alle 7:30, abbiamo cominciato a mangiare pensando arrivassero le bevande calde, ed invece quando sono state portate avevamo già finito brioche pasticcini e biscottini, nn è il massimo direi a colazione bere dopo alla fine

An overpriced, low-quality hotel with so many flaws to ruin your vacation
Pros:

Nothing, we left the hotel as we were very disappointed. Booking.com's room description completely differed from what we were given. The hotel blamed Booking.com for that and was rather rejective.

Cons:

A room with a seaview? No seaview at all. Balcony with garden furniture? Just half a meter step-out space and iron bars. Receptionist meant this IS the balcony and there IS a tiny bit of seaview if we lean out wide enough. It is a shame to call this room a room with balcony, garden furniture and seaview. The family room had a tiny bathroom with NO space at all between toilet and shower cabin. You could literally sit on the toilet while taking a shower. No real hairdrier, just an overheated plastic tube, like in swimming pools. Not suitable for drying long hair as it is too hot to hold after 2 minutes. Dirty holes with cables in the wall, you can touch the cables in the wall. I wonder how safe that is. No private beach, but the hotel has sunbeds in their fenced area, with the gate leading to the beach wide open. Anyone can walk in and use the hotel equipment (sunbeds, even the pool), no one controls who is coming in and out from the public beach. Street vendors regularly walk all over the hotel premises trying to sell towels and cheap jewelry. I found it very unsettling, it does not look like a safe place for families with small children and you should not leave anything valuable lying around. The hotel offers no beach towels (much to the street vendors' joy who will happily sell you some). All in all, a very disappointing experience. Park Hotel Maracaibo is the lowest quality four-star hotel we have ever stayed in, during our trips all over the world. We paid €400 per night in September for a four-bed family room - utterly overpriced, very low value for money. Hotel personal okay, they were polite but somewhat uninterested and rather unsupportive. We checked out after two nights and moved into another hotel - there are so many better choices in the area, we wish we had known this before...
