Camere, ambienti comuni, posizione e servizi.

Cons:

Camere con vetri storici ma poco insonorizzati con affaccio su strada principale. Primo giorno acqua piscina interna 8/2 davvero fredda. Meglio giorni successivi.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast 1st class with a wide rage of options. Staff very helpful throughout all areas

Cons:

Resort was very quite (most items closed due to time of yea). Could have done with tea/ coffee facilities in the room

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Sia la camera che le parti comuni sono molto accoglienti e ricercate, la connessione wi-fi funziona ottimamente, la colazione è ricca e molto buona, il personale è cordiale e disponibile e la posizione è molto buona, in quanto vicina al centro, ma fuori dalla confusione, infine il prezzo credo sia coerente con l’offerta.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la spa era troppo affollata rispetto allo spazio a disposizione. Tornassi indietro, non ne acquisterei l’ingresso.

Welcoming and relaxing
Pros:

It was such a lovely weekend for my partners 40th! The staff were lovely and so helpful! The breakfast buffet was so yummy with lots of choices.Location is amazing and you are only a couple mins walk away to the lake for stunning views. Lots of restaurants and little shops about and all in walking distance. The cheapest method of transport is a train to Roveretto and then a local bus to the hotel which stops right outside!
We spent a day in the spa which was so relaxing and comfy with complementary tea. Was such a lovely weekend and we would definitely return

Great location & overall good just disappointed with our room although it didn’t spoil our trip to Riva del Garda

Tutto molto bello
Pros:

Bello il palazzo storico dove era dentro, la storia, il cibo, la posizione, la pulizia, la camera e la cortesia del personale

Cons:

Nella nostra camera c’erano gli infissi troppo vecchi, così vecchi che la finestra del bagno non si chiudeva e anche che per fare le saune e bagni di vapore bisognava obbligatoriamente togliere il costume
