Cons:

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου το δωμάτιο 126 στη καινούργια πτέρυγα. Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό και με κακής ποιότητας υλικά σε σχέση με το παλιό κτήριο.

Un bon moment à Riva proche de tout et dans une belle ambiance riva italienne!
Pros:

Très bel hôtel historique. Emplacement proche du centre et de la plage , très pratique pour aller dîner et boire un verre à pied. Joli jardin et terrasse pour le restaurant. Petit dejeuner très bon. Piscine agréable et calme avec beaucoup de transats ( on a jamais eu de pb à en trouver de libres) quoique d’une fraîcheur stimulante. Un réfrigérateur de bonne taille dans la chambre et une bonne literie.

Cons:

Le manque de café et thé dans la chambre. La chambre sous les toits avec : un risque de se faire mal en se levant le nuit si on est côté soupente, petite odeur désagréable provenant de la tuyauterie surtout le matin, des portes de placards bruyantes, l’attente pour l’ascenseur treeeees lent . Mais bon on a survécu!Ne pas avoir un accès spa avec les massages payants ( a minima le sauna ou le hamam, surtout sinon est deux et qu’il faut s’attendre). Le shampoing pour cheveux gras décidément pas adapté aux cheveux secs( il faudrait remplacer par du doux…). Les couvertures un peu lourdes au lieu de couettes légères.

Hotel veramente eccezionale, dall'organizzazione alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con la prenotazione della camera, sono stati velocissimi e disponibili per risolvere tutto nel modo migliore.
Servizio di ristorazione eccellente, colazione varia e personale di sala pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, abbiamo chiesto ad un giovane ragazzo alto e biondo di venir incontro ad alcune nostre necessità ed è stato molto gentile e professionale nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.
Hotel da consigliare.
