1. Nice looking building from outside
2. swimming pool
3. close to the city center and the lake.

Cons:

1. There were long hairs on the floor in the room and in the bathroom when we checked in. We asked for the floors to be cleaned, but this was never done.
2. There were no blackout curtains inside the room, so I woke up at sunrise every morning. It’s possible the exterior shutters could be closed, but I couldn’t figure out how to use them.
3. The rooms are in need of renovation and refurbishment.

Een prima hotel om te relaxen
Pros:

De locatie , het ontbijt en de geweldige inzet van het receptiepersoneel.

Cons:

De kamer die we geboekt hadden op zolderverdieping. ( er was nog maar een kamer over) Het kleine raam zat zo hoog dat je op een stoel moest gaan staan om er doorheen te kunnen kijken.

Great place to stay in Riva.
Pros:

The hotel is a real gem. So beautifully decorated and so beautifully renovated. The staff was amazing. The location superb and the breakfast delicious. The rooms not so big but still very comfy. Great shower.

Mycket fint boende i centralt läge. Fint poolområde och en fantastisk frukost.

Not meeting our expectations
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants. The lobby area is spacious, modern and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming first impression.

Cons:

The suite was not as comfortable as expected. The lighting was insufficient and only one trash bin was provided in the bathroom. There was no kitchen or basic kitchen utensils available. We also found hair in several areas of the suite, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.
