Es hat die Erwartungen übertroffen?
Pros:

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der Service ging weit über das hinaus, was man normalerweise erwarten würde. Uns wurde beispielsweise sogar bei der Suche nach passenden Bus- und Zugverbindungen sowie bei der Buchung geholfen – obwohl solche Dinge eigentlich gar nicht zum normalen Aufgabenbereich gehören. Wirklich sehr vorbildlich!

Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht.

Der Wellness- und Poolbereich ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt wirklich schön. Auch die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen und das gesamte Hotel ist geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Hotel macht auch optisch einen sehr schönen Eindruck und insgesamt hat für uns einfach alles gepasst.

Noch einmal ein großes Lob an das gesamte Personal – so einen freundlichen, aufmerksamen und engagierten Service erlebt man wirklich nicht überall. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté, le parking vélo et le parking auto externe à l'hôtel.

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre, on entend tous les vrombissements des motos et véhicules le soir. Aucun emplacement pour le chargement et déchargement des valises il faut faire vite pour de pas gêner la sortie de véhicule.

Super hotel w Riva del Garda!
Pros:

Świetny hotel w centrum miasta. Basen na zewnątrz świetny, dostępne leżaki. W samym centrum miasta, obok restauracje. Pięknie położony, wystrój wnętrza bardzo ładny. Garaż rezerwowałem wcześniej, dostałem podziemne miejsce parkingowe.

Zur Nachahmung empfohlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist als noch zentral zu beschreiben. Die "Altstadt" praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück (v.a. Auswahl) war gut. Die Zimmer groß, sauber und gut klimatisiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle, auch wenn es Probleme zu lösen gab. Parkplätze werden per Vorabreservierung angeboten.

Cons:

Der Strand liegt allerdings doch mehrere hundert Meter (ca. 750m) und damit ca. 10min Fußmarsch weit entfernt. Das angebotene Frühstück wird durch die zum Teil eher durchschnittliche Qualität etwas relativiert. Der Parkplatz vor Ort musste separat gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden.
