Pros:

I had a great stay at the Spark Hotel. The design of the hotel is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Some furniture, the desk, even though just remodeled was scarred badly. Staff was helpful. Could not control fan without either turning on heat or AC. Lights were terrible, very bright and harsh. Breakfast was below average no hot options. Cheap tasteless food. Coffee ok. Refrigerator too small for anything. Will not stay again.

Completely empty hotel that charges a ridiculous $25 fee to check in early. And even made me wait for that. I’d understand if the hotel was full but this was in the middle of nowhere by the highway.

Broken gym and tv gets a handful of stations. All worthless.

I stay at hotels half the year and am now removing any Hilton brands from being an option for me. Nickel and dime foolishness. Awful. Wish I had never made the reservation.

Pros:

The breakfast was very fresh. I never got to experience the hot tub. I guess I kind of prefer the hot tub to be indoors opposed to outdoors because when it’s indoors, it doesn’t matter how the weather is. You still can enjoy it now it was nice out the days that I was there, but I still you know Like it just wasn’t enough privacy for me, but that was OK. The rest of the service was perfect.

The only negative issue my entire star was that the hot tub was not working correctly. Even after sitting through multiple cycles thinking it would warm up and it didn’t. Very disappointing,

The room was clean and comfortable. On a personal note, I need coffee when I wake up. There is coffee /4 hours in the lobby, but I don’t want to get dressed to go down!

The 3 staff members we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious and bed was super comfortable. My husband said the best night sleep away from home in a long time.
