Really nice suite
Pros:

Breakfast food was awesome, store was convenient, room was clean, suite was nice size, beds were comfortable, staff was great, location was convenient. Provided toiletries were good quality. TVs were big with good pictures. Watching and streaming options were also good.

Cons:

People staying at another hotel across the street were let into pool area by another guest allowing 7 kids and 3 adults in. They were unruly and disruptive. Hot tub was overly crowded and bubbly, pointing to unbalanced chemicals. Pool was miserably cold. We were unable to play our game system in the room.

The location is very accessible, it has a nice view and it looks clean

Cons:

The receptionist who greeted me on Sunday seemed annoyed and difficult to deal with. I think it gives a bad impression of the hotel.

There weren't enough towels in the room, no blanket or throw, and the jacuzzi didn't have soap, bubbles, bath salts—NOTHING. The description should state that I'm supposed to bring my own of everything mentioned above.

The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan or good ventilation, so the steam from the water came into the room.

I was with my partner, and in their welcome "packages" to the room, there was only one tea and one coffee, but far too many cups. So, are they forcing one guest to drink tea and the other coffee?
