Die Anlage ist schön, aber schon teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise stark gebraucht aus. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Nachdem die Küchenzeilen zurück gebaut worden sind, ist es für Familienurlaube unattraktiver geworden.

Das Lake Garda Resort in Moniga del Garda hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die engagierten Putzfrauen , Gärtner und Handwerker sowie der gepflegte Poolbereich. Negativ: sehr abgelegen, extrem kleines Zimmer für unsere Familiengröße, viele Defekte (Türgriff, Schlüsselkarte, Kühlschrank), eine unbrauchbare „Küche“ ohne Spülbecken oder Herdplatte, schwaches Frühstück mit defekten Kaffeemaschinen und kaum Auswahl. Ohne Auto kaum erreichbar. Für uns kein Vier-Sterne-Standard – wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Rengøring var elendig, og morgenmad mega kedeligt med tørt brød. Aircondition larmede meget. Men udover det, så var personalet venligt og hjælpsom og poolen var hyggelig og tilpas størrelse.

The bunk bed broke and they were unable to fix it or move us to another room. We had to sleep on the floor. The only compensation was the 7 euros of tax still owed.

Vil på ingen måder anbefaler andre at overnatte der. Værelserne er slidte. Der kom vand ud af aircondition i stuen, hvilken gjorde at sengen i stuen blev våd i løbet af natten - dette var personalet ligeglad med! Der var snavset. Håndtaget faldt også af døren og sovesofaen gik i stykker.
