Room was comfortable, but carpet dated and a little worn

Very frustrated by lack of response from property when we messaged regarding questions about parking. It was identified that parking was available at the property....upon messaging we found out it was two spaces located blocks away. When we tried to book a spot/inquire where it was located we received no response. Given we had no information we had to return our car days early as we weren't sure we could secure any parking. Disappointing experience

Very clean, quiet, safe and friendly stuff

Initially I thought I had messed up as I didn’t book a hotel in Venice, yes I know now that this is a small island about 20 mins away from the hustle and bustle when I realized it was to late to change and let me tell you genuinely BEST mistake I’ve ever made. This hotel is so beautiful, it’s in a great place and you are able to easily travel between here and the main tourist parts of Venice. I really needn’t of worried.

10/10 for everything apart from the mattress in the room my side of the bed was a little lumpy but I dealt with it.

Our stay was really nice! The hotel is very charming. The area of Lido is a bit calmer than Venice. Also, the hotel is very close to the ferry port

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Breakfast great with lots of choice. Highly recommend this place. Lido is a great location and transport is superb to Venice city & other islands.

Walls were thin as we could hear the people in the next room

Great hotel, in the traditional, grandiose style, which couldn’t be more convenient for the water bus stops…. right across the road. Lots of places to eat and drink around, including the restaurant and gelateria in the hotel itself. Plus the best view of Venice you’re likely to get from the rooms.

Great place. Hope to stay longer next time…. though I will bring a kettle for the room, next time!

Great hotel!!

Great location and truly excellent staff. It really is the perfect spot and we had a wonderful time.
The only issue [room 106] was the noise from the bar opposite until 3am each night. Oh and the shower flooding the bathroom floor each time due to 30cm shower screen.

Super convenient spot, right across from the vaporetto/water bus stop. Small rooms were not quiet, but were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, breads, sweets, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, and cereals. Coffee/tea were included. Cappuccino was a modest plus up.

The hotel was perfectly located clean and very well serviced. Very friendly with helpful staff. Only issue was the inability to control temperature eirher hot or cool.

Lovely classic hotel. Great location opposite water bus stop. 10 mins from St Marco Square by ferry. Friendly staff both at breakfast and for drinks at the bar in the late evening. We felt sorry on the morning of Tuesday 22nd April 2025 for one of the breakfast staff as a german traveller gave her a very hard time about the selection of breads for breakfast. The selection for breakfast was great. Plenty of variety for everyone. Great staff all round.

We loved our stay! Our review drops only one overall star due to the noise of the buzzing lights at night. Would recommend this place still.
