It was decent, not the worst I’ve stayed at but certainly not the best Quality In.
We had no towels not even hand towels and had to ask for two big towels to shower, never brought hand towels after they were “dried”. The room was a bit dirty, floors pretty dirty, and stains on the bedding/top blankets.

The one thing that saved this hotel from a bad review was the staff. Shout out to them for accommodating me after we had a few issues. After we let them know our fridge wasn’t working, they had it replaced in about 5 minutes. Next issue was the deadbolt on our door. It wasn’t able to lock from the inside, and this too was quickly resolved (reprogrammed the lock). I could tell the few staff members available were stretched thin so I appreciated them, but I can’t really say anything else positive. I guess the value and location are decent.
The room itself was just too filthy. From the bed sheets, to the shower, it wasn’t hard to find stains, even the walls were noticeably dirty. Although I did choose this place after reading multiple reviews stating exactly what I went through so I guess you could say I knew what I was getting into.
Stopped in from Texas on our way to Keystone & I love this hotel! It is pet friendly, while being absolutely spotless! The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are so big! Great breakfast with the host serving up a friendly smile as well. The manager is very kind along with the front desk staff! I even booked again for the way back to Texas! So close to everything and a shuttle stop is located right out side! We will be back!

Enjoy the stay
The staff were very pleasant and helpful with questions I had. The location was convenient and I would call the condition “clean enough”. The towels and bed linens seemed clean and beds were comfortable.
The window shade in the room was broken so it couldn’t be raised, which meant we had to rely on the harsh room fixtures for light. The WiFi wasn’t great and the breakfast wasn’t really worth it.
Great motel! Clean, room had updated interior and absolutely no bad odors, very comfortable, quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Price is right. We stayed here while visiting family at Fort Carson. Would stay here again.
Breakfast was good. Location to downtown was good. The place was clean but it needs major upgrades for a chain of this size.
The facilities are old. Noisy through the walls and windows.
