Barley clean there rooms, kitchen is NOT a kitchen in the rooms

The hallway and rooms had a weird old smell to them. The room was decent. It could've been cleaned better overall stay was decent

I used both the pool and gym. Ate breakfast and enjoyed a clean room. What more could you ask for?

Check was so easy. Everything felt clean.

Nice Hotel we will stay again when visiting family. I wish they were a bit cleaner. We were there satuday to tuesday and no one came to clean our room or give us new towels . But for the area it was a nice hotel. We swam in the indoor pool which was nice

Upon check-in, grabbed a bell cart from the foyer for our things that barely rolled due to damage and lack of maintenance so had to drag it like a boat anchor through the hotel, then the room we were assigned had a door lock assembly that had dead batteries, not unlocking with multiple cards leaving my wife standing in a hallway, late & tired while I made multiple trips back to the front desk for replacement key cards, finally being assigned a different ("upgrade"?) room nearby that we had to fight our way in the badly fitted door only to find no sitting furniture, all having been removed, no suitcase stands or anyplace other than floor to open bags and a dirty bathroom vanity and tub/shower bottom. Upon calmly and kindly noting issues found to the night desk manager, was told that the facility manager would call us and offer a discount. That call did not come and upon checkout the following morning, did meet the facility manager showing her pictures and kindly mentioning issues and asking for the discount offered. She said that because the room was booked through a booking site, she could not refund anything however could offer a 10% off coupon for future stays...
Not gonna happen.

Room was adequate however attention to sanitation could be better

It was nice an clean. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Do not stay here the hotel is very dirty and the pictures they show on here is not what u get they advertised false advertisement when it comes to their rooms rooms do not come with chairs tables nothing just a bed and four walls you've been warned do not stay here

No TV Remote and they basically said look around, too bad.

It was clean but the couch that’s was in the room was very dirty and it’s was a lot of dust on the refrigerator

Well we didnt even stay we left and stayed somewhere else The room was unacceptable The room and amenities were stained we were very disappointed

I didnt get a refund nor a credit

Very clean and the bed was amazing. Staff was excellent.

Bed had bug eggs on it, mold in shower, ac not working, smelled of pot and cigarette smoke. Stayed 2 hours and checked out to go somewhere else. Never got a refund never got a call back.

Tub was dirty and disgusting not enough towels just gross.
