Was very disappointed because they do not have a room with a spa bath. When we got there this wasn’t even mentioned at check in. We get to our room just to have to come back down and ask about it. The manager said they haven’t had a spa bath for awhile and would comp the room. Well. It’s over a month now and the room still have not been comped.

We chose this motel because this is where they send the future military to stay before their "swear in" and wanted to be with her.
We were there for swear in of military. Big snow storm, got checked in in second floor and our room and another did not have water. Went to eat and they had it fixed when we got back.
Tried calling front desk 3 times and no answer so I had to go downstairs for my request. Couldn't ask for wake up call.
No coffee in lobby as most, just a Starbucks that you have to pay for every cup, I personally don't like Starbucks coffee!
I've had better amenities with cleaner, and more updated room experience at other motels but in a pinch it was ok. So not terrible but not good either.
FAIR rating in my opinion the check in staff made it bearable.

Got in very late due to out of town ballgame. Room we was given was already in use sweet girl up front got us in another room fast. Other than that we was all ok
Shops not really close without driving one ways around in circles Not really a problem in my particular situation.
Plenty of eating options in the area. First room assigned was right next to elevator and there was a constant noise from that area of the room next to bathroom and adjacent to the bed. Front desk moved us. The bathroom was clean but tub only in fair condition.

Our sink had leak underneath. Water was poring out when we used it. We’re running late for a wedding upon arrival so we didn’t have a moment to tell them. Early the next morning - I told the front desk. I emailed her a video. She said she would have it fixed. We were leaving again and couldn’t change rooms. I requested them to comp our room that night. Get it fixed. We returned late the evening. Housekeeping had not come and sink wasn’t fixed. We went to bed. We woke up to housekeeping coming in our room without evening knocking. Upon check out I kindly expressed my disappointment and would like a full refund. Sadly we used our reward points for half of it. So I am disappointed on every level. I asked the GM to call me tomorrow. We will see.
Great place except needs free breakfast. The breakfast menu is expensive i hop is close much cheaper
The carpet felt sticky, which wasn’t pleasant, but the beds were clean and extremely soft. The room had a neutral smell—not bad, but not fresh either. The tub finish was peeling, which gave the bathroom a run-down feel, and I was disappointed that there was no lotion provided with the toiletries. Overall, some things were fine, but the details definitely left room for improvement.
The location was close to alot of stores and restaurants
The hotel is very old and it has mold and ants and the breakfast was mediocre. The staff were friendly but seems like there was very little available to pick up the trash in the hall ways. My key was also deactivated way before check out time as jf they were rushing us to leave. My first room had mold around the AC unit and on the wall in the bathroom , then our tv went out and we had to change rooms. Definitely not worth the price of 124$ a night.
Both Expedia and This hotel messed up my reaervation. My whole afternoon was ruined on a saturday.
Terrible exerience and the Hotel manager cluld have fixed it all but rather chose the double booking and free money over a guest.
It was unreal, Mariot should look into their practices this highly unethical decisio. Ruined my vacation 100%.

The location was perfect and the staff was helpful.
Had some noisy neighbors that kept slamming their door. The tub is outdated and the texture bottom is gone so the tub was slippery, I would highly recommend getting that fixed real quick before someone has an accident.
Have been billed 3 times for room on my debit card. Room was prepaid through Expedia. Mold in bathtub area and bathroom floor was not cleaned
