Fantastic except no hot water
Pros:

I loved this hotel and stayed multiple times a year for work but recently had to change hotels because the water in the shower doesn’t het hot. I would call it tepid at best. It’s pretty miserable. Other than that, this place is great! I wish they would fix the water issue.

Overall, a great place to stay. I'll be back for sure!
Pros:

Whenever I travel to Pearland, I always stay with you. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are great. Also, the location is perfect to get to all of our travel needs (food, shops, etc.).

Cons:

The breakfast is good but limited. The bar needs more items to accommodate the desires of the guests. It is not stocked with very many liquors.

Cons:

I didn't know there wasn't free breakfast. Or that I had to add that to my room once I booked it.
Also the water in the shower didn't get hot as I wanted it too. Other than that they stay was excellent.

Worth the price
Pros:

It was a great location right outside of Houston, room was comfortable and nice and cold.

Cons:

The curtains were too short and the morning sun comes in underneath whether you want it to or not. The shampoo bottle they have fixed to the shower was empty.
