Beautiful place, kind people, great area. Would recommend for anyone else and would stay again.
Pros:

It was a beautiful property, and close to a nice shopping center with restaurants and dessert places and is a very safe area.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the hotel staff did not come into the room each day to tidy up and replace towels and clear trash.

Nice hotel with a prime location and comfortable rooms. Overall a good experience and value for money.
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel has a great location, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The staff was polite and helpful, making the stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Good hotel and service. Suggest providing complimentary water bottles on a daily basis, not just at check-in.

Great stay at Hilton Garden Inn - Sugarland
Pros:

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located in close proximity to eateries and shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is not included like in other nearby hotels; however, the menu offers a variety of selections.

Cons:

I have traveled to Sugarland the past two weekends and stayed at this hotel. During both stays there has been only one elevator operational, which caused delays in getting to the upper floors.
