Aria and Bella were both extremely helpful with ordering food and both are very cheerful and great concierge. The hotel is great the gymnasium is very clean and many types of equipment. I plan to return. The location is also very convenient.Five Stars! Bruce

Great time for stay in hotel

It was great, the room was spacious and clean. service was good.

Excellent hotel. Big rooms. Huge bathroom. Beautiful view of the river. Excellent location near luxury stores and restaurants. Best hotel I have tried in Ningbo. Walking distance to several shopping centre. Lots of cool cafes and bars all around. Excellent breakfast. I will stay again. Recommended.

spacious room with good river view. Quite during my stay & could have good sleeps.

The room was too hot. The pillows were over stuffed. It was going to give me a neck ache. The bed was very hard. I stayed in two different rooms. One of the beds and pillows were ok. With the wifi there was a little cartoon man that looked angry saying something in Chinese & it disappeared quickly so I couldn't save it and translate so I didn't feel comfortable using the wifi. The breakfast bar was pretty

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented.

A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day.

I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!

Ningbo Marriott Hotel is conveniently located in the central of Ningbo. It is opposite the old bund of Ningbo, and within walking distance to the Tianyi Plaza and the City God Temple. It offers a spectacular view of Ningbo from the hotel room.
We are Bonvoy Titanium members, and during our visit, we have been upgraded to a suite. We find the room to be modern, spacious, and full of amenities (the in room jacuzzi is nice). We have enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We have also find the food at the executive lounge and breakfast to be superb (yummy afternoon tea, Thai Tom Yum soap, Chinese Pan Cake, fresh squeezed watermelon juice, orange juice and cucumber juice, Crisp brisket with seaweed, Oil Zanzi), and the service to be impeccable.

Service was great, front of house staff was friendly, particularly a gentleman named Bob was helpful and friendly . He has great pride of what he is doing.

It was a great experience with the staffs and love the room’s view we were given facing the river.

Friendly, helpful and very polite

The Marriott Ningbo is centrally located next to the riverbank and across from Zhongshan Park. Nearby within walking distance is a shopping mall and metro station. Hotel staff is well trained and fluent in English. As a Titanium member, we were warmly received and upgraded to a suite with bowl of fruits as welcome amenity. Breakfast was varied in both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff at the Executive Lounge was professional and did their best to anticipate our needs. Staff member Lucky is extremely helpful in recommending places to visit, taking initiative to befriend us as well as other patrons. She is a great asset to the hotel. Our suite is well designed with a loveseat sofa and 2 sofa chairs, along with a separate glass desk. Window had views of the Park and the river. Separate tub and shower have nice strong water pressure. Marriott Ningbo was renovated in 2017 and overall condition is very good. Would definitely stay if ever in Ningbo again.

Excellent location. Great services and very friendly staff made this property a home away from home.
