Relaxing and enjoyable experience

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn. The property was very clean, and the pool and spa area were excellent—perfect for relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Nice facilities but I left more exhausted than I showed up.
Pros:

Pool, breakfast, beds

Cons:

Paper thin walls. Guests above us were stomping, bouncing balls and running until 1am and the staff wouldn’t really do anything other than call and ask them to stop. There was no accountability

Pros:

Everything! It was very clean. Our room was sagacious and great for the kids. The indoor pool and hot tub was the main reason we picked this hotel and it did not disappoint!

Paid to be miserable and cold all night , put me in a nasty smelling room and didn’t even offer another room… 185.00 to

My room 318 stunk like water damage , I froze thru out the night because the air conditioner would not turn off and all buttons were broken on it , the central air/ heat on the wall was off .. let front desk know and was told they would let management know upon arrival later in morning.. paid 185.00 to be miserable

I had a really good experience for my first time in Texas.
Pros:

The place was clean the rooms were spacious and the staff were great. The pool and spa was awesome for the family. (The lady that cooked the breakfast Sunday morning should get a raise she was awesome!)

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about our stay.
