Paid to be miserable and cold all night , put me in a nasty smelling room and didn’t even offer another room… 185.00 to

My room 318 stunk like water damage , I froze thru out the night because the air conditioner would not turn off and all buttons were broken on it , the central air/ heat on the wall was off .. let front desk know and was told they would let management know upon arrival later in morning.. paid 185.00 to be miserable

I had a really good experience for my first time in Texas.
Pros:

The place was clean the rooms were spacious and the staff were great. The pool and spa was awesome for the family. (The lady that cooked the breakfast Sunday morning should get a raise she was awesome!)

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about our stay.

Great stay. Clean New well run facility. Beds were great lots of pillows
Pros:

Rooms big, clean and Pool and whirlpool were excellent. Open 11-11. Loads of accessible parking and right off the highway easy to find.
