Pros:

It's an excellent location. It's right in the middle of being able to do tourist stuff or hit the Pier.

Cons:

Breakfast was neutral until I went to take a drink of my juice. Even though it was coming out of the machine it was flavored water not juice. It had definitely been watered down.

Pros:

El tamaño de la habitacion esta super bien, me gusto mucho que tenian el clima prendido al llegar a la habitacion, tambien la cama como el sillon cama estaban muy comodos dormimos muy agusto tenia frigobar, para hacer cafe, secadora rn el baño, plancha, y el desayuno que ya viene incluido de lo mejor muy variado y riquisimo, jugo de naranja, jugo de manzana, cafe , yogurt , por cierto el huevo con chorizo estaba muy rico , pan tostado pan dulce , para hacer wuaffles al momento, fruta , estoy planeando el proximo mes hospedarme de nuevo 🥰 lo recomiendo muchisimo 😊

Cons:

Solo un pero ...la mesa del baño estaba un poco despintada , se puede mejorar y una parte del descansabrazos del sofa cama estaba manchado de algo ...solo poner atencion en esos detalles y todo genial

It was clean, comfortable and spacious. The room was large as was the bathroom. Check out was easy and there was no wait time.

Well let's start out with the beds or not queen size they're full size and they're hard very hard then let's go to the refrigerators has no freezer it's just the refrigerator then let's go to the pool is cold I'm talking about like cold freezing and filthy dirty hot tub doesn't work and everyday we have to go ask for clean towels it's going downhill since a year ago it's turning into like the druggie Hotel everybody there was smoking drugs that were visitors oh and it's not ran by the actual Comfort people it's owned by Indians I think they are and I think their families live in the hotel

Pros:

Well never stayed at the hotel..cancelled my room due to traveling with family and there room got flooded out so therefore I cancelled my reservation having to go to another hotel !!
So comfort suites charged me on top of having to pay for another room at different location..booking .com got a hold of comfort and supposedly They were suppose to refund me my money !!
Have not heard back or received anything at This Time !!!
Very dissatisfied!!

Cozy and Caring
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond. Attentive and accommodating. I needed special care and they did not hesistate to give me special care. I asked for a romantic surprise for my fiancee, they not only helped give me ideas but did an amazing job at executing the plan. Shout out to Linda at the front desk who was especially sweet and checked in on us during the stay. Plenty of parking each day The complimentary breakfast also had great options. The location was perfect for getting to any city attractions since its in between everything and right next to the freeway. The air conditioner was surprisingly accurate. While I didn't use it, the pool had a party nearly every day of my stay so it must have been great. Other than occasional door noises I did not hear any sounds from other rooms which is a big bonus for me.

Cons:

The room was a little smaller than I hoped and the tv was super old which led to some old school channel surfing. The gym was lackluster as well. The lighting in the bedroom can be a bit dark if you close the curtains even with the lights on.
