Dover Delight
Pros:

We loved the comfort, cleanliness, courteous and friendly staff. Restaurants and stores were all in close proximity which made our stay even more convenient.

Been staying there whenever I visit the nearby wildlife refuge for photography. Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Great value for the price (there are other, more costly, options around). Plenty of clean towels, in-room coffee and 24-hr coffee in the lobby, breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

Clean, good breakfast.

Cons:

It was supposed to be non smoking but my room wreaked of smoke and there were definitely other guests smoking in the rooms around me. It made it very hard to sleep. On top of that there were people screaming in the hallways at all hours of the night. I understand that you can't always control your guests but the staff needs to be more attentive to these issues.

Convenient, but nothing special. Should be better maintained.
Pros:

Convenient to the Delaware Turf complex. Comfy bedding and plenty of towels. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Cons:

The rear doors were not working so we had to walk around the entire perimeter of the hotel from the parking lot just to enter. Our room key only worked about 50% of the time (two other guests were complaining about the same issue). The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and our room smelled musty.
