The stay was plesant with helpful staff and spatious rooms.
Pros:

We upgraded to a suite. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool. The place was great for children. Breakfast has a lot of options and we found something for each child to enjoy.

Cons:

There was not anything that we did not like.

Clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows in my room looked so fluffy but when I laid my head on them, they became flat. I had to sleep with 4 pillows under my head just to get comfortable enough to fall asleep.

The free gift bag at check in was cheesy. For the price you pay to stay, I believe the gift bag should maybe have company swag, a souvenir with the name of the city, a gift certificate or coupon for eateries or shops, etc.
