A fuir, piscine non utilisable car pas mise en eau,soirée privée avec musique juste derrière notre fenêtre une partie de la nuit donc impossible de dormir et coupure d'eau le lendemain matin, impossible de prendre une douche bref je déconseille fortement cet établissement !

Pros:

Voor ons was de ligging perfect om verschillende locaties te bezoeken. Bari, Monopoli, Alberobello..
Je zit zo op de autobaan en toch geeft de drukke baan geen hinder bij het slapen.
Er is een perfecte parking aanwezig om veilig je auto weg te zetten.
De kamer was zeer netjes en alles is zeer verzorgd. Het ontbijten is heel basic maar goed. Geen gedoe met QR codes, we moest op een formulier aanduiden wat we wilde eten.

Cons:

Het hotel was reeds geboekt en later kregen we te horen dat het zwembad gesloten was wegens onderhoud. Dat vonden we erg jammer.
Je kan niet te voet vanuit het hotel in omstreken iets gaan eten. Je hebt altijd een auto nodig.

Une piscine sans eau. Sur l’an’once on nous indiquait une piscine fonctionnelle des le mois de mai. Une fois sur place on nous explique pas avant juin.

Die alte Villa

Cons:

Schlecht geführtes Hotel, einzig die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss der Villa sind entsprechend einem 4stern Hotel. Luxus Zimmer im 1. Stock unsensibel renoviertes Dachgeschoss. Außenanlagen lieblos ausgestattet bis gar nicht vorhanden (Pool war nicht eingelassen), Personal am Empfang desinteressiert.

Very cozy stay overall, and we are seriously considering coming back next time we travel to Bari!
Pros:

Excellent location if you seek quiet evenings/nights. It's on the city's outskirts, and very easy to drive to.

Reception staff were kind and polite.

Rooms in the annex were pleasantly warm for us in April - we never needed to adjust the temperature at any given time. The bed was comfy and linens were all immaculate, as opposed to what some of the other reviews stated.

The entrances to the annex rooms pass through individual terraces furnished with coffee tables, great for a morning coffee or a late night tea. Beware of the sun's glare off the bright walls when coming out of the room in the morning, though! :)

In springtine the extensive garden around the villa is filled to the brim with fragrant, flowery shrubs and citrus trees.

Unfortunately we did not get the chance to try out the pool - it'd be worth asking when the season starts/ends before booking in spring/autumn.

Cons:

Some of the surfaces in the room were dusty at check-in; not a huge bother, but the cleaning staff might overlook a thing or two.

The space between the bathtub and the wall seemed to be improperly sealed, as water always pooled on the floor after a shower, despite none of it making it there past the shower curtain. Water very likely seeped tgrough the crack and ended up oozing from underneath the tub.

A single instance of a disturbingly loud noise coming from outside late at night - either a chair being dragged on an uneven floor or a particularly resounding fart.
