Super, nice hotel, next to ski lift. Nice room, that was big enough for 3 people, even after putting there additional bed. Wellness area was very nice. Ski lockers, rental - everything you need is there.

Cons:

If anything - room was a little bit dark, there is not enough lights. But it’s minor and everything else was great!

- bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy stacji gondoli
- śniadania w cenie, duży wybór dań ciepłych jak i zimna płyta ( widziałam nawet pieczywo bezglutenowe oraz mleko roślinne)
- strefa spa bardzo przyjemna (chociaż musieliśmy poczekać aż zwolni się jacuzzi - na tak duży hotel dwa to mało)
- lobby hotelowe bardzo przyjemne jest możliwość zamówienia czegoś do jedzenia, są napoje alkoholowe, kawa itp
- w naszym pokoju był balkon, dobre ogrzewanie, mini lodówka, tv z polskimi kanałami również
- jest narciarnia
- skipass w cenie pobytu
- łóżko było wygodne (chociaż skrzypiało bardzo co nie było ok na obiekt tego standardu)
- w pokoju czajnik można sobie zaparzyć herbatkę

- nie mogliśmy znaleść miejsca na parkingu, hotel jest duży a miejsc niewystarczająco
- windy działają okropnie, często trzeba długo czekać, tylko jedna zjeżdża na -1 gdzie jest narciarnia
- piętro -1 bardzo nieprzyjemnie zaaranżowane, narciarnia jest nieopisana więc na początku ciężko ją znaleść
- w hotelu unosi się dość mocny zapach nie wiem czy to środki czystości czy po prostu dotyk czasu ale mnie osobiście ten zapach bardzo przeszkadzał był intensywny również w pokoju

Komunikacja windą z piwnicą słaba. Czas oczekiwania na windę prawie 3-4 minuty. Brak komunikacji z pomieszczeniami piwnicznymi (szatnia narciarska) schodami w budynku.
