Had a lovely stay and the room was so comfortable and clean and quiet! Deluxe double room. Would def stay again

Very central and great decoration

Cons:

It was a particularly hot day and night if there could have been some cold water cans left in the fridge at the top of the stairs as when we arrived back in after our event it was late and no where to get anything..the heat was stifling. Full English Breakfast was delicious and fresh coffee too .

A nice old English pub with great atmosphere, excellent Sunday roast and comfy bed.
Pros:

Room was small but comfortable.
Cleanliness and staff were excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive. Stairs were tricky.

A lovely and very well run hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel in a great location with easy parking right outside. Hotel and room interiors are tastefully designed. Room was great - very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good tea / coffee facilities. Staff are lovely, efficient and friendly and the breakfast was great too.

Loved the Black Swan and highly recommend
Pros:

Great location on the town square . Rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. Great food at the pub. All the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Lovely stay in the centre of Devizes
Pros:

The hotel is in a wonderful location right in the middle of Devizes. It’s a lovely building. The bed was so comfortable and it was a lovely stay.

Cons:

Whilst this is a dog friendly hotel and they do make a fuss of the dogs providing treats and a water bowl for the room, the dog friendly room we had was on the third floor. When we have been to other dog friendly places they tend to put you on the lower floors, as they know you will be in and out for bathroom breaks. This wasn’t a massive issue as we only stayed for one night, but there isn’t any green space close by for the dogs to use for those bathroom breaks either so it just requires a bit more planning.
