Pros:

Это лучший отель по цене/ качества.
Идеальный для семей, так и для пары.
На территории свободно ходят кролики и котики.

Nasz pobyt w hotelu Monopoly był fantastyczny i z czystym sumieniem możemy go polecić każdemu.
Na ogromny plus zasługuje przede wszystkim obsługa – wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Kelnerzy wykonywali swoją pracę na najwyższym poziomie. Świetnym rozwiązaniem były również przypisane stoliki do śniadań, obiadów i kolacji. Dzięki temu nie trzeba było szukać wolnego miejsca ani stać w kolejkach – wszystko było doskonale zorganizowane.
Jedzenie było rewelacyjne i bardzo różnorodne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie dostępnych było wiele dań mięsnych, kilka rodzajów makaronów, świeże owoce oraz pyszne desery. Do obiadów serwowane były także lody. Wieczorami dodatkową atrakcją był grill przy bufecie z przygotowywanymi na bieżąco potrawami.
Na uwagę zasługuje również organizacja posiłków. Po śniadaniu można było korzystać z przekąsek przy basenie – dostępne były między innymi naleśniki i pizza. Po obiedzie również czekały dodatkowe przekąski, takie jak burgery i pizza, dzięki czemu praktycznie przez cały dzień można było coś zjeść.
Prawdziwym hitem była kolacja tematyczna poświęcona Apulii. To była prawdziwa uczta – ogromny wybór lokalnych przystawek, tradycyjnych dań i regionalnych specjałów. Wszystko było przepyszne i przygotowane z dużą dbałością o szczegóły.
Baseny były czyste, zadbane i regularnie sprzątane. Tak samo cały teren hotelu oraz pokoje – wszędzie panował porządek i wysoki standard czystości.

Good location but food on offer wasn’t great
Pros:

The staff were very friendly at the hotel and helpful if you needed anything. The location is good, close to Monopoli centre. Lots of entertainment going on through out the day.

Cons:

Some parts on the property were run down such as the mini golf. The food wasn’t great and the all inclusive didn’t really cater for children. They had pasta on offer every lunch time and night for children but that was it. The room was also quite small for 4 people (2 children and 2 adults).

Tutto!! La struttura sta a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro di Monopoli, posizione perfetta anche per vedere tutti i posti vicini. Il villaggio è molto bello, grande, con 3 piscine (1 solo per i bambini super comoda). Le camere belle, spaziose, con l’aria condizionata. La nostra era una quadrupla, un primo spazio con letto singolo con un’altro sotto estraibile sotto, la camera matrimoniale e il bagno. Pulizie camere perfetta! In reception tutte educate e gentile, dopo il check in ti accompagnano in camera con le valigie, loro hanno delle macchinine aperte super carine, e la stessa cosa per il check out. Al ristorante si mangia veramente bene, cosa non facile da trovare. Ampia scelta, cibo fresco, e tipico della regione. Dentro del ristorante principale hanno un spazio con tavolini e sedie piccole per i bimbi, con il microonde, piano cottura, lavandino per pulire biberon, un frigo con passata e altri sughi per la pastina dei piccoli. Una cosa molto carina. Loro hanno anche un’altro ristorante solo con la cucina pugliese che va prenotato. Hanno anche un altro spazio vicino alle piscine che sia la mattina che pomeriggio fanno la pizza, hamburger, patatine, hot dog. Cosa parlare dei ragazzi della animazione? Perfetti, attenti e carinissimi. Loro sono la ciliegina della torta del villaggio. Vorrei nominare ogni uno ma mi ricordo il nome solo di Omar e Chiara ma comunque sono tutti bravissimi!!! La nostra bimba di 3 anni si è divertita tantissimo. Loro sono convenzionati con un lido fronte struttura molto carino, spiaggia bellissima e va prenotato un giorno prima.Ci torneremo presto.

Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, veraltete Ausstattung
Pros:

Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Familienzimmer hat ein separaten Schlafraum.
Begrünung der Anlage ist sehr schön.
Essen war super und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Pool/Kinderpool funktional, mit kostenlosen Liegen. Animateure sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Lage toll, um die Gegend zu erkunden.
Strandabschnitt war ok. Kostenlose Liegen mit Schirm konnten gebucht werden.

Cons:

Insgesamt ist die Ablage und Zimmerausstattung veraltet. Wirkt eher wie eine alte Jugendherberge. Bad ohne Fenster, Duschkopf funktioniert nicht mehr richtig, Flecken an der Decke und Wände, Badspiegel abgebrochen.
Musik am Pool sehr laut und wenig entspannend. Liegen könnten öfter gereinigt werden.
