The hygiene in the toilet and the shower isn’t good enough

The airport advertises as close to yhe airport. Be aware, the airport is Istanbul's cargo airport, not the passenger airport. Note -this is a 45 min taxi/uber ride. We arrived on April 19 evening and the room's air conditioning was inopperable. The staff said the AC is not on yet because its still winter and to open the window(def NOT winter). Well the windows only open 6". So we had to endure the very hot room and the continuous railway noise, directly adjacent to the hotel. Not a good stay and would not recommend.

Advantage is that its near exhibition area.

It is nice hotel close to the exhibition halls, restaurants, and coffees. I could not eat in the hotel so I do not know the quality of food.

Overall very nice hotel with professional and friendly staff. Some rooms are a little dated. Excellent for expo location. But nothing else nearby. Taxi required.

The property is in a location within a walking distance from the airport which gives you a peace of mind as you approach your flight day. However, they are shutting down the A/C, and instead placing it in 'fan mode' to fake the patrons and customers that the AC is working. Not the first time but definitely a good pick during the winter.

they need to be up to date on lots of things . no airport pick up or drop off, no room service , bugs in rooms , hot temp in room .

This hotel is 45 minute drive from the Ataturk airport where all the domestic and international flights arrive and leave from. It is close to the old airport that is only used now for cargo planes. But you cannot find this info anywhere on expedia, maybe due to the hotel itself giving them some fake info, because noone woukd stay there now, since they are not close to the active airport. When I was looking for a hotel close to the airport this was one of the first ones that expedia offered and I booked it and ended up having to take a taxi for 45 min back and forth since it was just for one night. I was trying to book something else while I was in a taxi with an expedia rep through the chat and he offered me the same hotel, so stuff there has no idea that it is actually on the other side of Istanbul completly. So if you need overnight accomodation look for something else or you will have a meltdown once you realise the taxi is taking you to the other side of the city. Also in some rooms smoking is allowed, so even the nonsmoking rooms still have a vague smell of cigarettes, which was annoying on top of everything else.

The staff at the reception were not welcoming at all
The way they deal and talk to customers was un appropriate, they over charged me for the breakfast it suppose to be 12 euro per person they charge me 56$ for 2 , I asked them at the check out he said will refund the difference to my credit but he didn’t,
The location is not good. Not recommended

Hotel room is big enough and clean beds are comfortable air condition was working perfect Bathroom is big and modern Easy to reach shopping center and restaurants by car or by taxi . Long or short visit I recommend this hotel

Fatal. Se anuncia cómo un hotel junto al aeropuerto. Y si, estuvo relativamente cerca del antiguo aeropuerto. Lo reservé corriendo por una escala inesperada en Estambul. Tuve que tomar un taxi de una hora de Ida y una de vuelta para llegar, el hotel está bastante feo y no hay nada cerca . Muy mal

friendly and helpful staff at the reception and bar, enough elevators, good A/C, comfy bed.

As I was here for the convention at CNR Expo, the property suited me for its proximity

Comfortable, clean and convenient, but it can be confusing that there are two hotels next to each other called Wow

The website indicated the hotel was 0.9 miles. Instead, when I called, the hotel was 45 Min taxi ride
