Great value in Cody
Pros:

Wonderfully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool, hot tub and sauna open 24/7. Room was set up well. Ok breakfast but 24 hour coffee.

Cons:

Room 201 had a weird off and on hum from somewhere in the building that was a little difficult to ignore at night if you are noise sensitive.

5 Day Stay
Pros:

Quiet, comfort, great staff, great breakfast options and terrific location. Overall a great place to stay!

Cons:

Toilets too low and no grab bars for older folks and tall people! Can't close curtains. We got up early anyway.

Great environment and location
Pros:

Great decor, good cookies at check in and great lemon/lime/cucumber water.

Cons:

Price was more than booking.com emails said. Bed was too soft, breakfast was mediocre. Staff only keyed door key for 1 night and seemed to have technology challenges.

Pros:

It was a super nice property, well decorated love the pictures and all the woodwork.

Cons:

I could honestly say that there was not anything that I didn’t like about the place.

Pros:

Great location, love the rustic, Western ambience. Comfy beds, beautiful big clean rooms. All amenities available in the room plus they have a gym pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking and helpful staff. I wish I had more time. We were passing through and just staying the night after driving through Yellowstone. They also have historic photos and information about William F. Cody, "Buffalo Bill" and his wild west show.

Amazing place to stay, terrible coffee
Pros:

staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were very clean, bed was comfortably and the lobby was amazing.

Cons:

the coffee was not good looked very light and just tasted like hot water, at breakfast and the in room coffee I had to go to a coffee shop every morning to get my fix.

Pros:

The room we had booked was great with an in room spa bath. Lovely and warm with a large bed and indoor fire place. So good we actually booked a second night there.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. A couple of stale muffins with jams etc and nothing warm in the trays apart from 1 burger sandwich. We were told the next day would be better but opted to go into town which was great.

Nice but not worth the money spent.
Pros:

Was a beautiful hotel, and the location was great.

Cons:

Our shower was lacking, and our tv had nothing but static. When we said something to front desk, he acted like he didn’t care. Also breakfast could have been better.

Absolutely loved our time and would love to stay again.
Pros:

The lobby was so homey and comfortable, nice pool and hot tub. There were puzzles, books, and dvds to borrow, my son and I completed a puzzle. Lovely. Also, they allow dogs.

Cons:

A bit far outside of ‘town’ but close to the rodeo!
