Not good at all. TV didn’t even have a remote.
Pros:

The location is awesome

Cons:

Kids and adults upstairs very loud. The kids were running & jumping a lot. I had to call downstairs twice to get them to stop it was after 1 AM.

Cons:

The fact there was active construction in the lobby and that my room was semi dirty the bed was clean but their was trash and paper in the floor and couch. Also I was charged for 3 nights by Hyatt hotel for a booking I tried to change dates for. I was delayed in flight from Japan. I tried changing the dates on the night of the 19th JPT which is the 18th est through booking and I made a second reservation just in case.
I then canceled the second reservation in hopes that it would get changed since my flight had been scheduled for the next day.
When I came upon the property I tried to use that same reservation and I was berated and told that I couldn't use that reservation and it was canceled. (Mind it is midnight and I had been flying all day from Japan). I then asked to do a new reservation for a new room. I then did that and saw the charges were exactly the same. 3 nights which is not authorized but the management is saying that they did not charge me. The management is saying the only charges 127.34 but my account said differently. The night staff was rude and inconsiderate. No customer service at all will recommend to never come here or any of their establishments.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

I was disappointed at the accommodations that made me choose this hotel were close or under construction during our stay. We ended up purchasing a small microwave for the room because there aren't any in the rooms and the one in the lobby was out of commission due to the construction going on downstairs.

Whole hotel needs an upgrade and a deep clean. You get value for your money but you pay in low standard cleanliness. Staff was friendly and breakfast was mediocre.

Was not worth the price as amenities advertised were not available. Dog price way too high too!

Cons:

Restaurant and bar were CLOSED for renovations. No vending machines available. I drove over 8 hours for an overnight stay to continue my drive another 7 hours next day. Was looking forward to a drink and a meal. When I was advised everything was CLOSED (including a note on the check in counter that the pool was closed) i was told to walk to 7-11 if I needed something. I actually had asked if they had any soda (something I could drink)! I had surgery recently on my ankle and driving so long was painful. Last thing I wanted to do was drive or walk to 7-11. They hunted down 1 coke (small bottle) for me. The kicker too is they charged my room for it ! Paying FULL PRICE for a room, + $100 a night for my dog and they had NO amenities there, is terrible! I most definitely will NOT stay here again. Not accommodating at all with the inconveniences they were providing. If you cannot have the amenities offered when advertising, then you should not be charging FULL price to stay. Very disappointed.
