Pros:

The whole atmosphere with lots of hidden gems around every corner- reading room motorcycles etc.and not really far from alot of what you'd like to do in Milwaukee

There was a over bearing odor of mens cologne as you walk in unfortunately, it seemed to follow you wherever you went. Not sure if this is incense that they burn. But they could turn it down some.

Pros:

Absolutely wonderful valet service! David was super friendly, quick, and professional. He made everything so easy and greeted us with such a positive attitude. Our car was handled with care and brought up fast.

Outstanding Valet Work
Pros:

I had a great experience at the The Iron Horse Hotel, and I want to give a special thank you to two valet team members, Exavier and Muhsin.

Although I didn’t interact with them until I was leaving, they made a huge difference in helping my entire party get out smoothly. They were organized, efficient, and handled everything with a calm, professional attitude—even with multiple people and cars involved.

What really stood out was how well they managed everything and kept things moving seamlessly. They made what could have been a hectic moment feel easy and stress-free.

Really appreciate their effort—great service like that leaves a lasting impression.
