Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, convenient location.
Pros:

Close to downtown and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Hip atmosphere and decorations. Loved the post and beam timbers.

Pros:

Best room iv ever stayed in and the history and the motorcycles. Great hotel

Cons:

My only complaint is the parking. Valet parking should be optional. But it’s the only option here.

Pros:

This place was worse than most places I've ever stayed at. Not even a backup roll of toilet paper. Stayed for several nights and ended calling desk for to at 5 am. TV doesn't work if it's windy out, etc, etc

Historic Hotel - Good Location
Pros:

Unique hotel with a great history, comfortable rooms, and good vibes. Staff was welcoming and nice. Delicious breakfast and a fun bar in the lobby. Shout out to Dimitri on the valet team for taking care of us. Would stay again.

The valet was fast, calm, and clearly took pride in what he does—handling the car with care, remembering details, and making the whole arrival and departure feel effortless. No rushing, no attitude—just great energy and top-tier service.

Decent room, terrible customer service
Pros:

My room at the Iron Horse Hotel was nice enough. However, I take exception to their customer service. When I arrived at the airport, I realized that my ID must still be at the front desk. Instead of just dropping it in the mail, they want to charge me $54 to return it or $121 if I want it over-nighted. Decent room, but I'll stay elsewhere for my future trips to Milwaukee.
