Short and relaxing but also stressful.
Pros:

The shower and how the lobby was decorated and the view.

Cons:

No breakfast or food available when we checked in. The check in lady was rude and made the beginning of our stay unpleasant. The morning staff was wonderful and made things so easy and were so nice. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bad Business Practices
Pros:

Long lines to check in when we had a wedding to go too., which by the way, gave this hotel a ton of business! Front desk would not allow us to check in early unless we paid a $10 per hour early check in fee (SO TACKY) OR agreed to provide a five star review. Really? Also, my brother did not receive a text that his room was ready until 4:52, after the wedding started! So you will gladly take our money if we get there early, but you don't get anything in return if your room is not ready on time. Also, the time kept changing. Our email confirmation said check in at 3:00. The first lady said anything before 3:30 was considered early check-in, while the next gentleman said 4:00. They didn't even know the rules, just that they should charge extra for nothing. He had to use another room to get ready. I would never stay here again. The attitude at the front desk showed indifference to any of us.

Such a fabulous Hotel!
Pros:

From start to finish everything about this hotel is amazing. The valets greet you with the biggest smiles! When you walk in the hotel smells fantastic and everything is decorated so freakin cool! Eddie checked us in and literally made me smile ear to ear, so charming and funny. To my surprise he gave us an upgrade! Top floor, corner suite, amazing! We will be back!

Terrible customer service
Pros:

I called the week before about an early check in. I was told to call the morning of the event/reservation and called at 7:30 am. I was told I could check in between 12:30 and 1. We arrived and our rooms were not ready. We didn't get into our rooms until after 3 to get ready for an event that started at 4:30. Also, my daughters were asleep in their room at 3 am and someone with a key walked into their room. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told that person said they were our cousin. They were not. I don't know why it would matter either. I was very worried about the safety of my children at that point. Overall a very disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone.

Pros:

Best room iv ever stayed in and the history and the motorcycles. Great hotel

Cons:

My only complaint is the parking. Valet parking should be optional. But it’s the only option here.

This place was worse than most places I've ever stayed at. Not even a backup roll of toilet paper. Stayed for several nights and ended calling desk for to at 5 am. TV doesn't work if it's windy out, etc, etc
