Beautiful hotel with outstanding character. While a billing issue after checkout was disappointing,
Pros:

I love the location, the decor, and the closeness to the HD Museum, which is the primary reason for my return to the property. This time I rode my motorcycle all the way from Southern Maryland.

Cons:

I reserved and paid for the room through Booking.com, and the clerk at the desk asked for my credit card at check-in for incidentals. After checking out the next day and almost back home, I learned that the hotel charged me for the same night's stay on top of booking.com. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk who kept me on hold for 13 minutes while resolving the charge. She came back on the line and said it was reversed. The very next day, it was charged on my card again. I had to file a claim dispute with the CC company, and it's still being investigated. *UPDATE* Management took ownership of the problem, apologized, and resolved it professionally. While the mistake was frustrating, I appreciate the way it was ultimately handled."

Pros:

Free motorcycle parking. Very clean, cool looking hotel.

Cons:

Can't think of anything negative. There was a wedding going on and the restaurant was closed for the private party but we just made other dining plans. No big deal.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it
Pros:

Breakfast was very good as was the outdoor patio bar. We really enjoyed the bartenders and the atmosphere. Very friendly and made wonderful cocktails. The parking staff was also very friendly and helpful. The art on all the floors and our room was really interesting and fun. Room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk staff was a bit somber but efficient.

Look exceptionnel mais cher !
Pros:

Le style de l'hôtel,l'espace de la chambre,la proximité avec le musée Harley Davidson et aller en centre ville et même au bord du lac Michigan n'est pas si loin .

Cons:

Pas de formule petit déjeuner incluse mais seulement à la carte , ce n'est pas donné et vraiment rien d'exceptionnel !!! Ma chambre était située au 2 ième étage et le passage du train de marchandises le matin est parfois gênant. Heureusement il ne circule pas la nuit !!! Le prix n'est pas cadeau non plus ! 1600€ la semaine sans rien de plus !!!

Rooms with exposed pipes had dirt and cobwebs
Pros:

The restaurant did was good and so was the service.

Cons:

We were in 619, one of the most expensive, called a loft room. The room had exposed piping that was full of dirt and spider webs. The carpet was buckled and the touch up paint, well it didn't match. Asked for a different room, but they said they were booked. The amazing part, I paid for 3 rooms that day. We only used 2 because one part had car trouble. I was never offered the opportunity to move to the room I paid for that remained empty. We were only offered a $10 beverage card for the inconvenience.

Couldnt wait to stay at this hotel but became somewhat disappointed overall

Had to ask for towel did not restock toilet tissue had to go to the front desk to get tp had to go to desk to towels room was not bused. Dirty glasses etc were let on desk not removed beds were made glasses were not replaced Fan Coil ceiling unit leaked on the bench and floor and into the closet Towels were left in the hallway by someone for two days Not what we expected I have photos I can send

Pros:

Location to walking and bike trails was great. Hotel restaurant was very good. Patio was a nice place to sit and have a cold beer! Bike parking was free and covered

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had !
Pros:

The property needs help both people and cleaning ! The front desk staff was rude . I tried buying a drink at their bar ( which was rarely open ) and was told that it could not be charged to the room .

Curios as to why my booking.com rate was $350+ and room were freely available for $167 ……. Ours was nothing special and the description was deceiving !

Cons:

It was dirty , dark, dingy ! The staff was rude and not accommodating . I was told “ I don’t get a vacation “ so how would I know that you could sleep til 9 on vacation. The room was not cleaned one day because the staff had left ….. no offer to help in any way ! Very disappointing
