Big room but nothing fancy. Never stayed at a Best Western that wasn't decent.

We were very happy with the hotel. Employees were professional and friendly. The pool was clean. It had plenty of chairs and tables. We didn’t eat the breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only problem was the door had a lot of spaces and you could hear what was going on in other rooms. Easy location. Felt safe.
Great location. Easy to get to. The room was a great size and very, very clean. All in all, a great value for the cost!

The room we were given smelled like someone got sick in it. The carpet was nasty so we decided not to stay. We told management and were refused a refund. This is a franchise location run by incompetent management. They double charged my card they said to cover incidentals. They did offer to see if another room would be better but after our first impressions of the property we decided to stay elsewhere. This is a nasty place not up to the standards we expected from Bestwestern. The corporate office was no help. They said whatever the franchisees said goes. For $113.00 Bestwestern is willing to loose this customer for life. DON'T STAY THER
I prefer outdoor pools. But I was not there long enough to go to the pool. On two occasions, there was a man (two different ones) sitting in the lobby, who looked almost homeless. I was traveling alone & was watchful that neither got on the elevator when I did.
