Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple reviews praise cleanliness (clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean pool), but a severe negative report described a smelly room and filthy carpet with management refusing a refund; a few notes about door gaps and noise also reduce score.
Service
9.3
Service is frequently highlighted as friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional across many reviews, justifying a strong score despite isolated service issues related to the refund/double-charge incident.
Location
8.9
Many guests called the location great, easy to get to and quiet; a couple of comments noted it can be tricky to find from one direction and one guest felt uneasy about individuals in the lobby.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are described as big, comfortable, and good value with comfortable beds, but criticisms include a too-tall bed for some guests and the one report of a nasty carpet/smell.
Amenities
9.1
Amenities like a clean pool with ample seating and consistent breakfast offerings are praised, supporting a high rating.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests called the hotel a fair or great value for the cost; however, the double-charge/refund dispute from one stay tempers the score slightly.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is repeatedly described as great or amazing in multiple reviews, with only a few noting it was merely decent.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall impressions are largely positive (clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good value), but the serious negative experience (smelly room, billing issue) and occasional safety/noise concerns lower the overall experience score.

Clean place to stay
Pros:

We were very happy with the hotel. Employees were professional and friendly. The pool was clean. It had plenty of chairs and tables. We didn’t eat the breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only problem was the door had a lot of spaces and you could hear what was going on in other rooms. Easy location. Felt safe.
