Good location
Hotel room tatty and in need of updating. Blocked sink, cracked bathroom tiles. Curtains hanging off pole with curtain rings missing. Carpet stained. Generally clean though.

The garden and the room in general
No where proper to.store bicycles. We leaned them up against a wall and locked the to a drain pipe.

The food in the restaurant was poor, I had a steak and it was very fatty and I did a stupid thing and did not check my restaurant bill, but I was overcharged.

We was kept awake one night until early hours due to function but to be fair they did warn us

The rooms were of a very good size and clean
We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to reception to check us in. Even then I had to go and find someone to do this. Also had to wait ages for eggs at breakfast.

Very noisy with wedding reception and children very noisy in the evening
The building was attractive & the room was spacious & quite - generally well maintained.
The room furniture was tired & the bathroom needs totally modernising, plus the loo paper was cheap!
