A lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

We have stayed here a few times before. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast everything freshly cooked. I think the bar prices could be a little bit more competitive, as some prices are a bit steep. Overall we had a great stay, and they obliged us with a later checkout time which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Our bathroom sink plug wasn't working properly as the water just kept emptying out as you were trying to fill it up. We didn't report it as we were only there 2 nights, but other than that the room was clean, comfortable with plenty of teas, coffees etc.

Pros:

Perfect hotel for our needs

Cons:

Would have liked bed made, cups washed and replenishment of tea, coffee, biscuits and water etc, automatically. Shouldn’t have to go to reception and ask for these .

Visita de família a Wrexham
Pros:

A simpatia dos funcionários e disponibilidade. Gostamos o facto de ser um típico hotel de charme no countryside do País de Gales. Fica perto de Wrexham que era o motivo da nossa visita. Go Wrexham!!
