Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones, restaurantes, supermercados, el Bahnhof todo cerca, la habitación muy cómoda con aire, exelente hotel lo volveré a buscar en mi próximo viaje

Pros:

Apartamentul este frumos, este curat cu unele mici detalii care ar trebui remediate pentru a crește cota de calitate.

Cons:

Locația este situata lângă "zgârie nori" si in zona neagra a Frankfurt-ului, zona de drogați.
Daca le dai ignor nu ai treaba cu ei. Este multa politie pe strada si nu am simțit pericol.

It was a few minutes walk from the main Frankfurt HBF train station

Cons:

A review said the hotel was very close to the main train station, but the Hotel told me it was. 20-15 minutes away by transit. This was confusing. It is a 4 minute walk from the main Frankfurt HBF train station. I tied to enter the hotel with the code they provided on a keypad at the from of the hotel. After many attempts, then contacting them and working with them for quite some time, they realized I am at the front of the hotel and I need to be at the side of the hotel. The hotel is digitally monitored, so they say they are there to help and you are safe. I had constant (every single time I tried) problems trying to get into my room, I was once told to in the early evening, that they could not send help until the next day. The next day their colleague banged on the door and it opened. They kept saying the keypad code worked and nothing was wrong but the door would not open! Two other people staying there and a worker in the hallway also tried and couldn’t get it open! You had to bang against it with your whole body and then it MIGHT open after 10-12 times. One night I had to sleep in another room without my belongings Finally on the 6th of my seven night stay they gave me another room.
If it is digitally monitored then why didn’t they notice when I and several other people were trying to get into my room?
I did not feel safe, I did not feel they believed me, I felt like I was speaking to a robot, they made me lose time and sleep and I had to rearrange my plans with friends. They ruined my vacation.!!!

Pros:

С горой грязного белья на полу меня ожидал мой номер. Связаться с кем-то из отеля было нереально. Нашел на этаже уборщиков и их просил убрать. Это хорошо что хоть кто-то еще в это время был в отеле. Рецепции там нет.
