Pros:

Vicinissima alla Stazione Termini, ho fatto il check-in online last minute di notte e non ho avuto alcun problema. Camera nuova, fornita di tutto, bagno molto bello.

Cons:

Lavori in corso sulle scale.

Excelente hotel. Con las reformas realizadas digno de ser un 4 estrellas. Desayuno super variado y amplio. Sobre todo destacamos la atención de su personal. De Diego y los dos chicos del sector desayuno. La habitación triple muy amplia y cómoda. Los recomendamos absolutamente. El personal habla inglés y español y tiene servicio de guardado de equipaje. Dante les manda saludos!

Cons:

Si bien elegimos nosotros la zona por su cercanía a Termini, el barrio no es de lo mejor (a la noche claramente).

Pros:

Friendliness of staff, good communcation. Cleanliness of property, Location was great, close to Roma Terminal, metro and old city of Rome. Many food outlets close by. Keycard access. Quiet area.
Large double bed, fully newly renovated room.

Cons:

Air condition was managed by reception only. Took 3 attempts to get the setting correct. Night reception had poor English.

They’re taking 100€ same as deposit when you check in

Buen hotel, perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Esta al lado de Termini.
Las habitaciones están insonorizadas, no se oye nada y se duerme muy bien.
Muy limpio y reformado recientemente. El desayuno bueno y variado.

Cons:

El servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Solicitamos este servicio y nos recogió una furgoneta pirata, no demasiado comoda y sin ninguna identificación, que tuvimos que pagar en efectivo porque no tenía para cobrar con tarjeta.
