It was good staff was good

The most striking thing about this property are the dining options and shopping mall (Mall of Emirates) near the property. Mall of Emirates was just 4 minutes WALK from property and there are tonnes of dining options including sea food, indian food and others very very close by. Grocery is literally right in front of the property and it is none other than Carrefour. Overall, it was a great experience.

Premiun location walking distance to MOE, I had to pay 10 Aed as tax fee blah blah.
Unfortunately couldn’t sleep as picked non smoking room however tobacco smell was so intense I couldn’t stop coughing all night long.

Location was excellent however layout of the room was just bad.. bed was uncomfortable for us, noisy AC, vents needs cleaning. Was a rough 7 nights.

Hôtel laisse à désiré visite de cafard pendant la nuit . Par contre service de chambre au top rien à redire super gentil . Entourage très bruyant entreprise de location de voiture en bah des fenêtre impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouvert (lavage de voiture et essaie des véhicule h24 sur le parking )

Too small bath rooms , only one pillow per person was given. Advertised and charge as premium aparthotel. Very poorly maintained property. Sofas and chair are not well cleaned, stained on all cushions. Not worth for the money in that location.

The apt hotel is in a very good location, The Mall of Emirates is within walking distance along with grocery stores. The staff was really courteous while checking in and at all other times.

The room was nice and very clean and was a reasonable size.

Tredje gången på detta hotell. Har tidigare varit väldigt nöjd vilket var anledningen till att jag bokade här igen, men denna gången var jag väldigt besviken. Ingen städning och trots 3 uppmaningar fick jag inte påfyllt toapapper heller. Mycket ny personal vilket var en stor besvikelse.

It was good to stay in general, the staff was helpful and kind all the time.

Good place and location

The Manager is fantastic! He is sooo good in customer service! The place is small however, value for money, walkable distance to nearest shop for any urgent stuff. We get taxies well. Ifnthere is an issue, you just need to inform and they help you immediately.

El lugar esta muy cerca del Mall of Emirates y cerca de dos estaciones del metro. Las habitaciones son grandes y en general el hotel está muy bien para hospedarse. Con supermercado en frente y varios restaurantes al rededor

10 minutes walk to Emirates mall or metro station. Unfortunately bed was extremely hard and air conditioning was not great. You get what you pay for so it doesn't cost much too stay here so don't expect too much.

The service form the front of the house at both the check in and check out was very efficient. On the last day we requested the taxi to the airport which was organised efficiently and contacted in advance for confirmation and also once the driver arrived.

今回フライトが夜中の０時だったので、それまでの数時間を過ごしました。他のホテルでプールやビーチに入ったので帰国前どうしてもシャワーに入りたかったのです。シャワーは少し冷たかったので、もう少し温度を高くしてほしいです。数時間過ごすにはお得だと思いました。

otelin yeri güzel, alışveriş merkezine çok yakın. Jumeriah beach e 3 km civarı uzaklıkta. Mall of the Emirates'e olan yakınlığı ulaşım açısından da çok faydalı. Metro ve tur otobüs durağı oldukça yakın. Odada çamaşır makinesi, fırın, ocak, mikrodalga, kettle var. Yani mutfak tam donanımlı. Banyo biraz eskiydi, daha iyi olabilirdi. Wifi yeterliydi.

Nice sized room and small kitchenette.

I had issues with the hot water system (no hot water at all) - it took a few enquiries at the front desk but they managed to fix it for me by the end of the day.

Pool was closed without notice.
