Hampton Inn Brentwood

This hotel really does it right. It is centrally located and offers a complementary breakfast. The staff I encountered on check in, middle of stay and check out were fantastic. I felt at home and easily could have stayed several more nights if my calendar was not so tight. I will come back and stay again and will consider this brand for future stays. Thank you for being so awesome.

The staff is very nice and the breakfast was good. I’ve stayed here 3 times and always go away happy.

The young man at check-in was awesome. This hotel checks all the important boxes…clean, safe, comfortable bed, hot shower, extras in the room, amenities and free hot breakfast. That being said, a/c was noisy(didn’t bother me I am a sound sleeper)and should be fixed. The hotel was a little too warm for my taste, it is dated and shows some wear and has a weird smell, maybe pets are allowed. Again, doesn’t bother me because I am a pet person BUT, it is a little off-putting. There are plenty of deodorizers out now, make it smell as clean as it looks. Keeping all things in mind, it was WAY overpriced! Over $200 for a one night stay. I wanted to be close to the hospital and my new grandbaby and the hotel was familiar to me and close to lots of restaurants, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere considering the price(like to a newer hotel). The most important part is I felt safe as a solo traveler and slept great!

This is a great budget hotel with a nice little breakfast. A couple of the hotel staff were really nice.

It had no blow drier or iron for clothes it was missing some decor the room was very plane for the price, no comfy chair or sofa

I have stayed there before and didn’t have any issues and still really don’t. The staff on Hand didn’t seem very friendly and welcoming. But the breakfast and morning coffee had a great bed for a good night’s sleep is just what we needed.

Property was clean and the room spacious. Very quiet and the staff friendly. I especially loved the classical music played in the lobby. Even my small dog I traveled with enjoyed it!

The staff was great and very accommodating. I had left my suit following an interview in the closet and I called them and they pulled it aside after they found it and allowed me to send someone to pick it up for me two days later.

Very noisy starting at 5:30 am - morning breakfast had very good selection

Clean room and a/c in room only, not common areas. Pool was frigid. Hot tub was lukewarm, dirty, and no jets. Front desk was very friendly.
