Great stay
Pros:

The hotel and my room were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to let me do an early check-in, which I really appreciated after arriving from an international flight. They also kindly received a few packages on my behalf and kept them until my arrival.
I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better.

Pros:

I think we'll stay at Hampton Inns exclusively from here on out. So clean, super comfortable rooms and the customer service is top-notch.

Cons:

My ONLY complaint is that the pool was cold! But we're powered through!
