Perfect luxurious location to stay near the old town of Marseille
Pros:

Beautiful located near city center, large rooms with comfy beds and good facilities (Nespresso, tea maker, bath and shower with separated toilet). Loved th balcony and view over the harbor. And proper carpark nearby with discount parking via the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast room quite small. Outside breakfast is possible but was slightly chilly in the morning due to wind.

Cons:

For the first time, I was downgraded to a lower room category. At the reception, the guy could barely speak English and didn’t explain anything, and the check-in process took a very long time. I didn’t feel like arguing at 9 PM anymore, but the rating reflects the level of service.

Le novotel le plus délabré que j'ai vu. Les meubles sont à rénover, le bois dans les chambres usé, pas de restauration dans l'hôtel, je ne comprends pas comment les 4 étoiles sont maintenues...
