Хотела е чист и стаите са комфортни. Разполага с паркинг и закуската е добра. Удобство е наличието на бензиностанция и автомивка точно до хотела за пътуващите с кола. Спирка на метро точно до хотела. Парк Феникс е също точно до хотела. Персонала е много любезен и отзивчив. С удоволствие ще се въртем отново.

Would not stay again

Location to airport and tram, nice room, breakfast and pool

Cons:

The staff on our nighttime arrival were friendly when we however at breakfast different staff were working who were quite rude and unfriendly. Also my son left a necklace at the pool, and after going back within 5 minutes it was gone, probably stolen and after checking with staff nothing had been handed in, so a very unsavoury event where either staff or other customers were watching us ready to steal our possessions

All good, Novotel is a good standard
Pros:

Although breakfast was repetitive it was very solid. Especially sausages, potatoes and the lemon cake. I loved how they refill nesspresso capsules each time the room is cleaned. Train station is very close and makes it super easy to take a trip to Cannes or Monako. The room was silent and the bed was comfortable. Park Phoenix nearby is definitely worth the visit.

Cons:

No major complaints. A better rotation of breakfasts would be nice and it could use more veggies. Aside from carrots I don't think there were any vegetables served with breakfasts.
