There is bed bugs and the staff was not able to facilitate with the me to get a clean room.
They let you to stay in the room with bed bugs. Not one even comes up to help with it or take a look with the issue.
I really enjoyed my stay at Spark by Hilton. The space felt clean, simple, and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff were welcoming and supportive, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable.

I would say if they had a pool it would have been over the top amazing!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Sparks Hilton. What stood out the most was how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. After a long day, it was the kind of place where you could actually relax and breathe a little.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could tell they cared about making guests feel taken care of. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge.
I also appreciated the overall atmosphere. It felt safe, calm, and well-run, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling or just need a place to reset. Small details like the cleanliness, the service, and the comfort of the room all added up to a really positive experience.
Overall, I left feeling grateful for the stay and would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to spend the night in Sparks.
Location was nice. Spacious and clean.
A few hot food items like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon or waffles.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful too. The bagel bar for breakfast was a nice touch and something different which I enjoyed.
Although the room was spacious, it could’ve used the couch in the bigger area by the window. There was just a small chair and a big area of the room which could’ve used a little sitting area with a couch and table.
Pros: Staff was incredible, especially Melissa! Rooms were decent size. Beds were comfy, bathrooms nice. Looked freshly renovated. Gym was nice, perfect for a few days away. Loved that I could connect my own Netflix on their tv! Like the Korean bbq restaurant within walking distance too!
Cons: Continental breakfast was basic and limited ... bagels, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and oatmeal (but they did have oatmilk!) Quiet for the most part except the last night and I couldn't sleep because someone was stomping around and blaring their TV, so walls are thin :( staff did not come in to clean and remove trash everyday. No microwave or coffee maker in room.
