Pros:

Very nice facilities..comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't too good. No breakfast meats, no potatoes, and no scrambled eggs. No wafflemaker either.

No Management on site, and below expectation on customer service.
Pros:

Location is good, breakfast was minimal, lacked fresh options, like real cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits.

Cons:

I paid for 2 queens bed suite and was given a king suite, which means one of my kids slept on the floor. There was no manager on duty, and when booking was calling them, no one answered the phone after multiple attempts. No refund was offered. They overbooked as they had a sport group but that does not justify not getting what i paid for and was a confirmed reservation. Asked for an extra bed, they did not have that. Horrible experience!

My stay was fine. It served my purpose.
Pros:

Yoo many foods that were high in carbohydrates. There was no hot food and only hard-boiled eggs for protein. The location was great.

Cons:

Hot food like scrambled eggs and oatmeal.

I visited around 11 PM on August 18th, and I was grateful that the young woman was so bright and kind. The breakfast was delicious, clean, affordable, and satisfying.

My stay was very good. I had a room on the quiet side so I was able to sleep at night. The front side of the building is way too noisy with the traffic.
