Cheap, no frills, but clean
Pros:

The room was clean, the employees were friendly

Cons:

Elevator broke down while we were on it and we had to walk up and down several flights of stairs multiple times. The free breakfast was very minimal.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Spark by Hilton Exton.
Pros:

I enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The breakfast was a good value and the staff were attentive and friendly. The bedding was clean and the towels were fresh. The lovely receptionist at the front desk always greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and made the tasty lemonade which was refreshing after a long hot day.

Cons:

The only complaint I had was during our stay the elevator went out due to the extreme heat so we had to take the stairs up to our room.
