Pros:

Turned down bed. Big red stain in sheet on side
We were exhausted and crawled in other side
Showed manager the next day.Later that day another 50 dollar charge for damaged towels
Said we stained them
Stay away from this place

Pros:

room was comfortable. staff promised the cable would be fixed.

Cons:

cable was not fixed so we had no television. We were not able to be updated on news or weather, or just relax and watch TV. Kept promising the cable tech would come but they never did.

Dirty comforter, shotty heater/airconditioner, lack of sustenance
Pros:

Dirty comforter - blood and food remnants on blanket that was turned down and we didn't notice until the next morning - so gross!
shotty heater/airconditioner - woke up at 2 am dying of heat, then 5 am freezing to death, would not regulate
lack of sustenance - went down for coffee, there was yogurt, back down in 30 minutes, none left and no replacements made - we were a large group for a sporting event - poor and lack of choices for breakfast

Excellent staff, fantastic area, restful sleep!
Pros:

AC wasn’t working - heat was stuck on. Staff came immediately, couldn’t fix so relocated us to another (upgraded) room with no wait! No issues with the second room! Restful sleep.

Cons:

For a one night stay it was excellent!
But, hotel is looking worn - time for an upgrade!

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes the whole stay and was just foul

Nothing. The staff was rude and the rooms were absolutely disgusting. There was blood splatters and crack pipe burn holes in the bottom of the mattress. They definitely just flipped the mattress and called it good enough.

Very dissatisfied with stay
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The remote in room was broken. Asked a couple of times the front desk for a new one. Front desk gave me the run around. Room smelled like someone smoked in there. It was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. Had to wipe down furniture and bathroom to make it look cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel or come back.

Location to Portland was ok.

Cons:

My room smelled like smoke, was dirty, and not well maintained. The TV didn’t work in the exercise room nor did the bike or treadmill.
