Pros:

room was comfortable. staff promised the cable would be fixed.

Cons:

cable was not fixed so we had no television. We were not able to be updated on news or weather, or just relax and watch TV. Kept promising the cable tech would come but they never did.

Overall was okay!
Pros:

Location was good. Pool was good, it seems a little dirty but wasn’t too bad. Some minor areas where it looked like dirt but I think it was wear n tear.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes the whole stay and was just foul

Nothing. The staff was rude and the rooms were absolutely disgusting. There was blood splatters and crack pipe burn holes in the bottom of the mattress. They definitely just flipped the mattress and called it good enough.

Excellent staff, fantastic area, restful sleep!
Pros:

AC wasn’t working - heat was stuck on. Staff came immediately, couldn’t fix so relocated us to another (upgraded) room with no wait! No issues with the second room! Restful sleep.

Cons:

For a one night stay it was excellent!
But, hotel is looking worn - time for an upgrade!

Location to Portland was ok.

Cons:

My room smelled like smoke, was dirty, and not well maintained. The TV didn’t work in the exercise room nor did the bike or treadmill.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Room was adequate and bathroom was good but no exhaust fan so it stayed steamy. I did like the shower water pressure and that the shower head was high up, that was great!

Cons:

The elevator. I felt like I was in the tower of terror in Florida! It was jittery and noisy and it shuddered when it was landing at the third floor. Needs attention!

I will not be booking anything from comfort inn again!
Pros:

Parking lot proximity made it so I didn't have to walk far to the building

Cons:

Cleanliness in the room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stained dressing on both beds. Free breakfast was absolutely disgusting. It actually made my daughter sick later in the day. For the expense of the room I figured more than 13 television channels would have been included

Very dissatisfied with stay
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The remote in room was broken. Asked a couple of times the front desk for a new one. Front desk gave me the run around. Room smelled like someone smoked in there. It was dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. Had to wipe down furniture and bathroom to make it look cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel or come back.

Checking in they were rude from the start, went to the heated pool it was cool in the room and the water was freezing. I
