Nothing. It was an utter disgrace and booking.com did nothing to help when I called and spoke
We were given a disabled room and bathroom which was like a hospital room and not fit for purpose for an able bodied person and we cd not use the bathroom and it stunk with a dirty exposed drain and was substandard

Information given not very correct , no phone to reach reception, staff good but not trained

Very hollow walls and very loud at night and early in the morning.
Pillows were hard so didn’t sleep that good

The bar staff were shocking, very very slow to serve you and letting tables build up with empty plates and glasses , i actually collected glasses myself and brought them to counter, we were a party of 20
The AC didn't work in the room.
The bedroom wasn't cleaned... We were told we had to request it and not expect it

Didn't have any, but people coming into Lobby were saying it was poor quality food
Being charged £100 two days after checkout for apparently smoking in the Room, when 1 i have COPD and use a CPAP machine to sleep it uses oxygen and the kicker, neither my Partner or I smoke? We were on a ground floor and outside our window was a roof of extension of something and There were cigarette butt's and bottle caps etc getting thrown out window and landing outside our window it was disgusting, when I rang to complain about charge was spoke to dismissively, my company spend a lot of money in that Hotel every year, and on checkout was told everything was fine with our Bill, only to get charged 100 pound for something we didn't do, my group all felt the because we were Irish feeling.

Otherwise a comfy bed good nights sleep which in need after along day at work

some of the rooms are need of refurbishment stained carpets
Family rooms have mattress under the bed on the floor , I note that was grubby stained and no mattress protector.on them as Health and safty not exceptable in my opinion.
