The separate bedrooms and kitchen
There was not an area in front of the main door to easily unload the car. We had to park the car to be able to unload. Also, we called ahead to ask if they could make up the sofa bed for us and they didn't do it.
No mirrors in the bedrooms

TV was way too small for the room, and mattress was a little uncomfortable..

The staff was great. Everyone loved our dog which was allowed at the hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating to us. She gave us a suite that was on the first floor to make it easier for us to take Hank outside. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, easy to get to, central to the Mall and close enough to Peach St. yet off the main drag to make it accessible.
Having breakfast every morning was awesome. Some of the food wasn't great but we filled our bellies.
Staff was friendly and everything was very clean.
Had stained sheets on one of our beds which appeared to be maybe old ink? The pool was cold.
I liked how it was quiet, close to everything, breakfast was good, everything was clean, little indoor pool was hot with our daughter, staff was very nice.

Very very loud with a young group of hockey players. The manager did her best by putting us on a separate floor without us even asking.
